I used to have a much more expensive sound bar that eventually wore down. The sound quality from this feels about on par, at least to my ear (mainly tv and spotify use).

This speaker is large and heavy but that explains how it can produce such a space filling sound. Seriously, this thing is for large rooms. It will be over kill in a bed room.

Bought 2 max together for stereo sound. Sound great when working but cuts in and out periodically..I don't think it is speakers but more like wi fi , I asked store associate but was told I just needed a connection and speed wouldn't affect it ,

I didn’t want to spend this much for a speaker. After hearing it with the powerful bass, it is my favorite way to listen to music in my house. Got to hear it to believe it.

I have this ans the Sonos 1. Both great but this speaker blows the Sonos away with sound. My jaw dropped the first time I played my google max

I got this gift for my granddad and he loves it. It’s in the family room and play music for him, makes calls, sets alarms and play the news all by the sound of his voice!

You get what you pay for and what you pay for is good! I would reccomend this speaker and Google assistant as I think it does a better job than its competitors.

I have to say Google is already kicking Amazon's butt when it comes to smart devices. And Home Max provides a sound quality that has never been produced by any Echo device.

I have this for 2 years now. It has outstanding sound. I never had any issues with it. It's now sitting beautifully in my family room on a shelf.

We purchased two of these speaker one for my husband garage and one for the bathroom. They really put out some nice sound.

The Google Home Max has an amazing poweful sound. Not only is the speaker loud, but the sound quality is exceptionally good.

Great sound quality for a single speaker, fills up the room. Needs to be at or near full volume to get the full experience though. Sound quality isn’t great at low volumes.

Awesome speaker. I have all the Google Home devices and this is by far the most impressive. Very good sound quality.

Getting it hoked up took a couple of times. I wish it had HDMI or something besides the headphone port to plug my TV into. I would be nice to use it as a sound bar. It does work thru the headphone jack pretty.

better than sonos in my opinion, the only drawback is the google assistant with is listening all the time but there is an option to turn it off

A speaker that brings the bass! Google Assistant is very helpful and plays well with most smart home electronics.
