Chad is an absolute gem. He has the patience of a saint in addition to his professionalism and knowledge. He has been here so many times, he seems part of the family. Always has time to answer all of our questions and never makes us feel technically challenged, even though we know we are. What an asset to the company!

Geek squad was well prepared and did a good job representing BEST BUY. They knew what they were doing but we did not get my problem solved. I have since ordered a new receiver from Best Buy and hope to have the same people come back and install it.

Logan (I believe) was very efficient and knew exactly what the problem was and coached me on how to solve the issue if it occurred again. Both Logan and his assistant were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad.......!!!

Broken phone after a week = restocking fee

On the phone three times all times got disconnected, when providing my order information. Returned a defective device and was charged a restocking fee although the phone should not be returned to stock. I would understand the 45$ fee if I got the phone and decided I didn’t like it but it worked perfectly. This was not the case I’m disgusted by this fee given the phone was not working properly after only a week of owning. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy after reading the fine print of this restocking fee even given a broken product. That I now read about online, do not purchase a Motorola Edge especially from Best Buy.

Derek arrived with an assistant and immediately began the process to adjust sound direction allowing more dialogue from the center speaker and not as much music from the other four speakers. When completed, my wife and I are very well satisfied with the finished product.

The two Geek Squad technicians knew right away what was causing our new television to show a very loud, static, snowy screen that lasted about 3-5 seconds when we turned the set on. It was, by my understanding, a delay in the cable box connecting with the faster OLED components of the television. They reprogrammed our cable remote and we now make sure the cable box is on before turning on the television. It hasn't happened since.

Both Technicians were extremely knowledgeable, they quickly determined the issues and made changes to controller operations on the home theater. They also swapped the Roku box to Roku Firestick I had purchased. Fast and friendly!

The TV was actually unplugged but I could not reach the plug the guys plugged it in and off they went but I was so glad to have them there because I couldn't do it myself I'm a 74 year old lady
