    My (relatively old) Sonos system wasn’t connecting properly. Chris from Geek Squad was able to get it up and running without necessitating buying additional equipment.

    Geek Squad is so very responsive to problems

    The agent diagnosed the problem immediately and made suggestions for better reception. He then returned and installed the system to improve our wireless service several days later, and returned the following day to improve the signal.

    The service tech did an excellent job.. Your scheduling system took hours to complete. My system is working reasonably well. I doubt that I will ever purchase another $300 annual fee for service

    Love Geek Squad. They installed my first big flat screen tv and did an excellent job. They are professional, knowledgeable and proficient. Will rely on them in the future for my installations and troubleshooting services

    I had problem with setting up soundbar. Audio cable did not come in box with sound bar.So I had to go buy one.i got confuse on how to set it up. Stuart from Geek Squad came out and was verry understanding and professional from time Arriving to time leaving. He made sure I understood how everything worked and what he did.He followed covid19 procedure wearing. A mask and asked if I would also wear a mask.

    The agents mounted my TV and connected it to all my devices. Arrived promptly, wore shoe booties which I appreciated and got the job done efficiently, then double checked to make sure it would continue working - knew what they were doing. Many thanks!

    Issue with LG TV and Sonos sound bar

    Agent was not able to replicate or diagnose the issue with my Sonos surround sound not working when I turn on my LG TV. It has only happened occasionally since but still annoying since I paid so much money .

    My TV was having problems with the Apple TV and the sound system. The Agent was great, but the the response time was poor. It took 2 weeks for them to come to my home. That is too long considering that we pay a lot for this service.

    Best Buy not only install your TV’s , but set up our streaming devices. They showed us how to work everything and came back when we couldn’t figure something out. Excellent and informative!
