    Re-acquaint with our Systems

    The team was patient and professional in helping us understand our Sono's system and how to make it work with our pre-wired house speakers. When we had it installed over a year ago we were a bit overwhelmed as had just moved into the house. Having time now to review with them, as well as ask questions about our WiFi which was purchased from Best Buy as well, was very helpful.

    So far this Ring Video doorbell ringer is perfect. Excellent but. First one didn't last 1 year.

    EARC Problems (Rogue Samsung Cable Box)

    The agent called and based upon my telling him my setup he said the most likely culprit was the Samsung cable box trying to take over EARC control. I followed his advice and swapped out my Samsung cable box with a Cisco cable box and everything started working as expected.

    Love Geek Squad. They installed my first big flat screen tv and did an excellent job. They are professional, knowledgeable and proficient. Will rely on them in the future for my installations and troubleshooting services

    I needed help with getting my Bluetooth sound bar connected correctly. The agent arrived on time. He was very professional and friendly. Once he correctly set up the sound bar. He took the time to explain how the item works, answered our questions, provided options for use, and how to obtain the best proformance.

    Yesterday I had The Geek Squad service tech. His name was Carlos and I think his assistant was Armando. They did an excellent job . They were very careful with my surrounding furniture. And they were clean on top of that. Thank you guys

    Customer Service friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Geek Squad members are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am always impressed with how much loyalty they have to other Geek Squad members, and how proud they are to work for Best Buy, and how loyal they are to the company.. Very impressive!

    No phone calls answered

    I have repeatedly tried calling several times our local Best Buy store and not had any answer. I finally had to drive 30 miles to talk to Geek Squad to have them come to my house for repairs. Upon I arrival to the store I asked why the phones didn't work, and was told a new cooperate policy now routes all repair calls elsewhere, and they were not happy about this either. I had trouble with only two of my 6 speakers working in my home theater, zone 1. The geek squad found a solution but after they left discovered it shut out both speakers in zone 2. Sadly the same trouble, with the phones, so again I had to drive 30 miles each way to make another appointment. This is a poor as it gets for customer service. I know these are challenging times, but get somebody to answer the phone for your customers please. Until this is changed I will not recommend Geek Squad, very disappointing.

    It took multiple technicians but our Roku streambar is now set up & working properly. And an issue with our tv was identified & resolved. Everyone was very helpful & professional.

    Within minutes the technician discovered that the settings on my sound bar were not right which is why it wasn’t working. She showed me how to correct it in the event it happened again. Very pleasant, professional, and capable!
