TV wall mount and installation went smoothly. Soundbar did not - same techs who declared first Soundbar 'defective' installed one with same problem, only to state 'they're all that way'.

Associate arrived at an unscheduled time. Repair was completed successfully.

he did a good job getting my direct tv to operate correctly. direct did nothing to correct my problem

The agent troubleshooted our issue and was able to get a adapter that we needed to help with our dvd player. He was very knowledgeable about any questions we had. Very helpful. It was a great pleasure to meet him.

Within minutes the technician discovered that the settings on my sound bar were not right which is why it wasn’t working. She showed me how to correct it in the event it happened again. Very pleasant, professional, and capable!

The Best Buy Service Rep performed the work requested. It has been a problem since I purchased $4,000 worth of goods in September 2020 and has been mitigated to an extent. I was advised that the samsung TV is ahead Technalogically compared to my cable Service provided by Spectrum

The agents addressed my concerns with my TV quickly and resolved the issue.

Terrence & Dan from the Geek Squad were excellent in setting up my LG Oled TV & removing and carting away my old TV. They instructed me patiently on how to use the new Lg oled TV and the remote. They were both knowledgeable and efficient and left no mess. I love my new Oled TV.
