The agent set up our new monitor connected all wiring and sound devices ), shared how to operate various controls, and over all was just great to deal with! He was very personable and knowledgeable.

The geek squad checked out computers and tvs and set up tv in bedroom. They were very professional and friendly. They are very knowledgeable.They came when they said they would, even called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way.

Tech did a fantastic job fixing what the first tech team didn't optimize. We have a home theater and while we were getting great audio, the receiver setting was at zero. When he adjusted the room filled with richness. There were other tweaks he made as well. 100% satisfied.

Very knowledgeable, helped me understand what programs or channels were free and which ones I had to subscribe to in order to watch. Took the time to go over the questions I asked step by step. Now I am enjoying my tv better. Thank you geek squad

Shawn is the best! He was able to program our new remote and had all of our TVS at their very best! Shawm had my remote so I could just sit back in my chair, and click on the program I wanted. a pretty good think for this 83 year old, THANKS Shawn!

The TV was actually unplugged but I could not reach the plug the guys plugged it in and off they went but I was so glad to have them there because I couldn't do it myself I'm a 74 year old lady
