My service man was the best. He was considerate of tracking up my home and took safety measures regarding COVID. Diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and knew what steps to implement. I would request him again and recommend him. Thank you for having such a team member on Geek Squad. The process to get an appointment was less desirable and I almost gave up on waiting for the appointment.

I'm always impressed with the Geek Squad. No matter what the issue is whether it be TV, Computer or Refrigerator, the Squad is in and out in no time. They know exactly what they're doing and they get it done! And I've always found the Squad to be personable, presentable and very friendly. I'm definitely a GS fan!

The agent called and based upon my telling him my setup he said the most likely culprit was the Samsung cable box trying to take over EARC control. I followed his advice and swapped out my Samsung cable box with a Cisco cable box and everything started working as expected.

Shawn is the best! He was able to program our new remote and had all of our TVS at their very best! Shawm had my remote so I could just sit back in my chair, and click on the program I wanted. a pretty good think for this 83 year old, THANKS Shawn!

timely and very helpful to troubleshoot ongoing issues with receiver. The solution left me with disappointment related to the receiver that was suggested by Best Buy originally but the troubleshooting was solid
