    Ryan and Greg spent about 1 1//2 to 2 hours fixing my stereo system, DVD, outside speakers. I have a multi zone system that stopped functioning properly. They recommended a universal remote to make it easier for me to operate the complete system. I am not tech savvy so this was a great solution for me, eliminated at least 3 separate remotes. They explained everything on how to get the system to work easily. Love it!!!!

    Installed 2 tv’s, 2 Eero’s

    The techs installed 2 Tv’s & 2 Eero’s. No instructions were left for either item. If the wrong button accidentally gets pushed on the tv remote, you have to go thru a long process to try and get it back to where everything was set before. Still can not get the guide back.

    I’ve been using the Geek Squad since I bought two TVs from Best Buy in 2017 and have always been pleased with their quick service and knowledge. They’ve saved me a lot on service calls!

    The agent came and reconnected my sound bar. Te gentleman was very prompt courteous and knowledgeabl, he also took the time and explained what he was doing and what I could do to prevent this from occurring again.

    I’m an elderly person with not a great deal of tech skill and I purchased a very intimidating device to watch television and stream shows. The Geek Squad have been my best friends, teachers, patient supporters.

    Home Theater Trouble Shooting.

    The technicians were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, polite and conscientious. Despite the fact they could not resolve the issue they identified the cause. The Toshiba Fire TV turns itself on and off and responds erratically to the cable input. The cost for "repair" is prohibitive.

    It was easier to arrange the Geek visit than it was the last time, maybe five years ago. The person on the phone was helpful and efficient, though she had a pretty heavy Spanish (I think) accent. The tech person who visited was courteous and knowledgeable and diagnosed our problem quivkly.

    Fine tuning an amp on surround sound

    I was very pleased with work the Geek Squad did on balancing my speakers on my surround sound system. The young man that came was well versed on how to get into the amp and adjust the output for the various speakers.

    When appointment was scheduled requested early appointment and was told it would be between 9-11 am Called to verify appointment a week before scheduled appoint and was told it was in notes to be around 9am and would receive a call the day before to reconfirm time Did not receive any call or text when i called at 4:30 the night before was informed that it was scheduled. for 1-4 PM not 9-11 AM I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE TIME BEING NOT BEING WHAT I WAS TOLD AND PLANNKING MY DAY ON I was very pleased with the techs that preformed the work and would request them again if service is needed in the future.

    Geek Squad/Total Tech is a necessity!

    The agents are so knowledgeable, helpful and I cannot live without my Total Tech membership. It comes in handy and is so worth it in every category from appliances, to home theatre and computer problems. I love my Geek Squad membership!

    Alex is a Star!!!had him at our home before, we are older and he speaks softly, never feel as if he's talking down to us and explains everything in language easily understandable...he installed our tv and Sonos system
