    Geek Squad hooked up my sound bar.

    The tech hooked up my Sonos sound bar and got it squared away. He briefly showed me how to use it, but I still have no idea so I don’t do anything with it :). But the tech provided good service. He was actually early! He was personable and friendly. He seemed to have good knowledge of the product.

    The guy who came to fix our home theater issue was knowledgeable and he knew the things well. He helped us understand different input systems to our media room. I would definitely recommend Geek Squad.

    The 2 gentlemen that showed up showed up in a timely manner were very polite and explained everything to me, so i understood, very courteous and kind to kids too. Taught us a few things we didnt know about our home theater system.

    'Javier was excellent, second time he's been assigned to assist me and his service and professionalism is top tier. Courteous and patient to ensure understood what occurred and that i was satisfies with the outcome. Great ambassador for Best Buy's Geek Squad.

    Brian Brown coordinated the set up prior to arriving at our house. He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He did the exchange and set up of new sound bar in less than 30 minutes and show us how to use the app. We were and are so very, very pleased!!!

    The Geek Squad guys did an outstanding job with troubleshooting the audio problem with my Smart TV. The team was able to adjust to a last minute change in scheduling.

    James and the man with him were both awesome! Super friendly! These situations can sometimes be uncomfortable since you don't know whose coming. Not at all with them! They were both upbeat and talkative! Very nice guys and very knowledgeable!

    The agents went over the problem I had with my sound system,and told me it could be fixed easily. They gave me a complete review of how to work the reciever and the remotes and spent the time to let me try everything and know that I would be able to make the changes on the sound system like a pro. They were professional and friendly and I would highly recommend them.

    The Geeks arrived right on time. Polite, friendly & professional, they diagnosed and fixed the problem, a Bose amp that wouldn't switch on, within 15 minutes. Best part of all, they didn't charge me a dime for the service. I will definitely renew our policy when it comes due. Bravo!

    The agents worked together effortlessly to remove old television, move and reconnect another television in its place and then setup and install the new television. Works beautifully with our surround sound, Dish, blue ray player and internet! They are welcome to my home any day to set up new electronics and provide troubleshooting assistance ANY day of the week!

    The agent was very helpful and knowledgeable at installing & showing us how to use a new television. This was a large upgrade from what we were use to having. They had all the equipment with them and showed us how to use it.

    timely and very helpful to troubleshoot ongoing issues with receiver. The solution left me with disappointment related to the receiver that was suggested by Best Buy originally but the troubleshooting was solid

    The agents unboxed and mounted my new tv on the tv table. They hooked it all up and did most of the setup and made sure all was working well. All we had to do was enjoy the new view and sound! They also moved the old tv to another room.

    My (relatively old) Sonos system wasn’t connecting properly. Chris from Geek Squad was able to get it up and running without necessitating buying additional equipment.

    Soundbar Connected, Other TV App's Enabled

    Geek Squad quickly fixed a soundbar that was not connecting to the TV. They listened to an issue I had and resolved it by selling and installing a Roku. My issue was that my older Smart TV would not allow access to Disney+ and Apple TV. The TV only allowed Netflix,Prime, and Hulu.
