I have repeatedly tried calling several times our local Best Buy store and not had any answer. I finally had to drive 30 miles to talk to Geek Squad to have them come to my house for repairs. Upon I arrival to the store I asked why the phones didn't work, and was told a new cooperate policy now routes all repair calls elsewhere, and they were not happy about this either. I had trouble with only two of my 6 speakers working in my home theater, zone 1. The geek squad found a solution but after they left discovered it shut out both speakers in zone 2. Sadly the same trouble, with the phones, so again I had to drive 30 miles each way to make another appointment. This is a poor as it gets for customer service. I know these are challenging times, but get somebody to answer the phone for your customers please. Until this is changed I will not recommend Geek Squad, very disappointing.

I am grateful for the service Geek Squad provides! My yearly cost outweighs the multiple issues I have had over time, especially as electronic communication changes! Keeping up with these changes requires help from an expert!

timely and very helpful to troubleshoot ongoing issues with receiver. The solution left me with disappointment related to the receiver that was suggested by Best Buy originally but the troubleshooting was solid

He was good, but the remote he brought to sell me was wrong for my purpose, so he took it back. He showed me how to access another remote DVD. He was good

The agent fixed 1 TV and told me what was wrong with another TV.

The 2 gentlemen that showed up showed up in a timely manner were very polite and explained everything to me, so i understood, very courteous and kind to kids too. Taught us a few things we didnt know about our home theater system.

I was very pleased with work the Geek Squad did on balancing my speakers on my surround sound system. The young man that came was well versed on how to get into the amp and adjust the output for the various speakers.

The Geek Squad is the best. They are all very knowledgeable and explain everything they are doing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for someone to troubleshoot a problem.

When appointment was scheduled requested early appointment and was told it would be between 9-11 am Called to verify appointment a week before scheduled appoint and was told it was in notes to be around 9am and would receive a call the day before to reconfirm time Did not receive any call or text when i called at 4:30 the night before was informed that it was scheduled. for 1-4 PM not 9-11 AM I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE TIME BEING NOT BEING WHAT I WAS TOLD AND PLANNKING MY DAY ON I was very pleased with the techs that preformed the work and would request them again if service is needed in the future.

The agent was very helpful and knowledgeable at installing & showing us how to use a new television. This was a large upgrade from what we were use to having. They had all the equipment with them and showed us how to use it.
