    The Geek Squad techs came to help me with issues I was having with our new TV. They were able to help me with all the problems I was experiencing. They were very courteous, professional and very patience in helping me. I am not a tech savvy as they are and I appreciate everything they did for us.

    Chris arrived, reviewed the problem and continued to solve the problem. He also helped by advising me on several other minor issues. Chris was very helpful, courteous and professional. Should I have any other problems or issues in the future, I would not hesitate to ask for Chris.

    Agent was great but I have a problem with it taking 2 weeks for someone to come out just to figure out the problem then have to wait another 2 weeks to have it repaired. I canceled the repair

    Geek Squad included all my electronics on the remote. I even have oldie electronics like VCR/DVD combo, CD player and cassette player plus all the new electronics and outside speakers and Apple TV. This was a major project and he did great. He also fixed another DVD/VCR player that was playing black and white. I would definitely reccomend Geek Squad

    The agent helped me with my problem with the Amazon Fire Stick. He was awesome, explained it all to me and took his time. I can't say how great he was. Very knowledgeable.

    The issue was that my Sonus soundbar was dropping the TV sound. The technician fixed the problem and recalibrated the room for us. He also showed me how to reboot the Sonus should the problem reoccur.

    My Alexa stopped working, which caused much anguish, so I called the Geek Squad for service. They studied the problem and quickly solved it. The Alexa was fixed and life returned to normal.

    Adam called in advance of the scheduled appointment to ensure my availability, showed up on time and correctly analyzed the fault. Unfortunately, corrective action required my presence on-site, which was not possible. Set a plan to revisit when I am available. Excellent service!

    Alex and Brendton came to reset my remotes and very, very patiently showed me how to use them. They also recommended more solutions to the problems I was having. I appreciate their patience as I'm a senior and NOT tech savy.

    I had a lot of issues with my surround sound. Rommel Came in and did a few adjustments and it worked better and I did not need a new system. He had helped me set up my tv and sound system before and my appliances. Great job. Thank you

    The technicians did a great job of troubleshooting our issue. But we didn't get any online receipt from Best Buy after the visit was completed. Also we would like the contact information of the Geek Squad techs that came out on the service call. Thank you, Larry Kligerman

    The two young gentlemen came to my home and worked diligently to no avail. Apparently, the problem cannot be resolved. Both the inhouse agents as well as these folks worked very hard but could not resolve the issue. "A" for effort on both fronts. ATTABOY guys.

    The problem was fixed however the agents were not wearing anything that identified them as Geek Squad. Additionally, there van did not say Geek Squad. As a female that was alone, this was unnerving.
