    The agent assessed the system issues, reconnected and updated my system and apps to working order after a power outage took out the connections - Best Buy Total pkg service is well worth having!

    I would have given a 5 gut they didn't quite finish the job. I was told I needed two new remotes so the remotes are on order and when I receive them I will let you know.

    Excellent service. The agent that stopped over was vey knowledgeable and helpful. I wrote all his directions down so hopefully if I need to do it myself, I will have the notes!

    Good tv. However, unless you are sitting smack in front of it, the colors are off. It is disappointing. I would never buy a LG again.

    The agent found the problem through elimination….found the Sony blu-ray player was unable to communicate with the Hisense TV. I then purchased a new LG player which worked fine with the TV. Tech was excellent in finding the real problem.

    Although it took the install, and a service call, I am very, very happy with the install turned out. All of the service techs were polite, and patient when instructing me how to use the primary remote. Would and have recommended to others…well done Best Buy!

    The agent who came his name was William. He helped me check and correct my tv screen from pixel picture and freeze frame. He also gave me some suggestions on what to do for better service of my cable. He was very nice polite and professional. Excellent costumer service he provided truly grateful to him.

    My tech was awesome! The multiple timeframe is not a good idea for customers. There needs to be a shorter window in terms of communicating when they will be to the house. Apparently they were suppose to be earlier in morning but didn’t get there until later in day. It worked out fine
