The agent assessed why our internet is so slow. He also fixed the problem that we were having with our TV (unable to get streaming channels. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

The problem was fixed however the agents were not wearing anything that identified them as Geek Squad. Additionally, there van did not say Geek Squad. As a female that was alone, this was unnerving.

Ryan and Greg spent about 1 1//2 to 2 hours fixing my stereo system, DVD, outside speakers. I have a multi zone system that stopped functioning properly. They recommended a universal remote to make it easier for me to operate the complete system. I am not tech savvy so this was a great solution for me, eliminated at least 3 separate remotes. They explained everything on how to get the system to work easily. Love it!!!!

The agent was not familiar with the Govee Dreamview lights i was having trouble with but he was able to work through the installation steps and got them working.

TV issue - Direct TV - not home theater. Computer?

My tv was damaged during a move and I thought it would be covered by my total tech. I couldn’t seem to get a straight answer on the coverage til they connected me with geek quad. They were able to explain everything in clear terms.

2 techs arrived from different companies to mount the TV. I wish the other tech had done the work. He had called the day before to maje contact and called to verify to request that morning. The technician that did the work kind of barged on in and got busy before I knew what was going on. He was unprofessional and left some remnants behind.

Kevin was able to identify and fix my TV issue quickly and professionally. He shared needed information relative to updating my home theater system.

The person was knowledgeable and patient, and even though could not suggest a cure for my original problem, did have a suggestion in regard to a related problem.

I would have given a 5 gut they didn't quite finish the job. I was told I needed two new remotes so the remotes are on order and when I receive them I will let you know.

The agents worked together effortlessly to remove old television, move and reconnect another television in its place and then setup and install the new television. Works beautifully with our surround sound, Dish, blue ray player and internet! They are welcome to my home any day to set up new electronics and provide troubleshooting assistance ANY day of the week!

The agents went over the problem I had with my sound system,and told me it could be fixed easily. They gave me a complete review of how to work the reciever and the remotes and spent the time to let me try everything and know that I would be able to make the changes on the sound system like a pro. They were professional and friendly and I would highly recommend them.
