    Geek Squad technician quickly determined the problem with our entertainment system and reset the receiver which got all the components working again.

    The agents checked the TV and found that there was nothing wrong with it. The problem is the lower end TV. We will upgrade to a better TV to eliminate the fading on the sides of the picture. They were very helpful in showing the functions of the remote and other features of the present TV.

    Tech was very understanding of The problems I,m having with the new. Home sound bar. which I purchased last December 2022. The previous soundbar had the same problem as this one. The condition is in The TV, not the soundbar. The Tech informed Me that He would talk to the Store Manager about the TV replacement. Considering this is the 3x tech has been out and resetting the sound bar operations. Haven't heard back from anyone from the store or Manager since Early May 2023. Hopefully, now I will have a response from Best Buy on TV replacement.

    Chris arrived, reviewed the problem and continued to solve the problem. He also helped by advising me on several other minor issues. Chris was very helpful, courteous and professional. Should I have any other problems or issues in the future, I would not hesitate to ask for Chris.

    A Geek Squad agent came out in response to a problem we were having with our sound bar. He was on time, personable, helpful and explained everything to us (we are retirees). We wouldhighly recommend him.

    The Geek Squad did such a great job settling up our TV’s and Sonos Soundbar. Collin was outstanding and so friendly and helpful setting up our products. He’s so helpful. Teebow and Tyler were great helping on the setups.

    Great Geek Squad Techs, Fast Quality Instalation.

    The Techs assembled the cabinet, assembled the 77" TV, with the sound-bar with big floor speaker, made all connections and showed me how to use it. They were very fast and worked well as a team.

    The technicians did a great job of troubleshooting our issue. But we didn't get any online receipt from Best Buy after the visit was completed. Also we would like the contact information of the Geek Squad techs that came out on the service call. Thank you, Larry Kligerman

    Adam called in advance of the scheduled appointment to ensure my availability, showed up on time and correctly analyzed the fault. Unfortunately, corrective action required my presence on-site, which was not possible. Set a plan to revisit when I am available. Excellent service!

    The two young gentlemen came to my home and worked diligently to no avail. Apparently, the problem cannot be resolved. Both the inhouse agents as well as these folks worked very hard but could not resolve the issue. "A" for effort on both fronts. ATTABOY guys.

    I had an in home advisor help me with the A/V and appliances with my new custom house. From the beginning I have had problems with the WI-fi system throughout the house. It has been replaced once already. Most recently the Geek Squad troubleshooting appointment was arranged to hard wire as many devices as possible to reduce the strain on the WI-fi system. When the guys arrived, they didn't have the parts necessary to make these connections. They promised a return visit within a week, and it has now been two weeks or more and I can't get them to answer my texts (the pre-arranged method of communication). They are great guys, very knowledgeable and have been willing to work on my system in the past, but I fear that they are being overworked/stretched too thin and cannot complete my project so that it is working reasonably well and reliable.

    The Geek Squad techs came to help me with issues I was having with our new TV. They were able to help me with all the problems I was experiencing. They were very courteous, professional and very patience in helping me. I am not a tech savvy as they are and I appreciate everything they did for us.

    The agent solved my sound bar connection issue and took the extra step of re-securing my cable box to the bracket in a way that he thought more appropriate than your initial installation.
