Good tv. However, unless you are sitting smack in front of it, the colors are off. It is disappointing. I would never buy a LG again.

When the technician came out. They took. Their time and worked with us to make sure all worked correct. We had Sonos 1 and Sonos 2 so it took a while to make it all work. Thank you!!

Nate and Phil were exactly on time after calling us with an ETA. They put on their booties and were no nonsense workers. They were polite, answered our questions and cleaned up the little mess that was made.

The techs were nice and explained there were only 2 people in the area that can replace the mother board, but they cannot estimate the time one of them can come to fix it. Could be weeks or months. No one knows.

Excellent service for a complicated job. The technicians stuck with it and did an incredible job. They would get more stars if possible ! Also they were lovely and consummate professionals.
