    The gentleman has the patience of a saint and was here twice and said, don’t hesitate to call. When I have worked with the geek squad at Best Buy they have been very cordial very patient and very thorough.

    Set an appointment for a tech to come troubleshoot our home theatre. Diagnosed a bad HDMI port and said we’d need to replace the whole receiver. Didn’t suggest trying the TV on the second HDMI port which would have conclusively determined that was the problem. Looking at the receiver he recommended as a replacement and determined it’s completely underpowered for our system. He left us his card and told us to call him or text him back with questions and to potentially install the new receiver, but he doesn’t answer his texts and his phone rolls to vm, which is not set up so we cannot leave a message.

    the first team was great but it had to be adjusted and didn't notice until they left. BBuy sent a second team who spent alot of time adjusting the dishwasher and did a great job! Excellent guys, all of them!

    Geek Squad fixed my problem on my sound

    The agent fixed my issue with a short time no sound to tv sound bar cable connection and made a correction so it happened again and did a update so I can hear better as l wear hearing aids the agent went above and beyond

    The agent found the problem through elimination….found the Sony blu-ray player was unable to communicate with the Hisense TV. I then purchased a new LG player which worked fine with the TV. Tech was excellent in finding the real problem.

    Geek squad mounted all of our 5 televisions. They do a great job. The only complaint I would give is the difficulty engaging with customer service. Very difficult to reach a life person.

    The person did all the work I required, was also there to do other work and was very pleased with all the out comes. He stay as long as he had to make sure I was using the product right. He explain things that made it easy to understand. Took great care with all the items. Sold me only additional items I asked about and tried not to sell me more. Considered him honest.

    NA. Geek Squad had nothing to do with my TVs. Therefore the NA answer (not applicable ) if you do not know the meaning of "NA". The Geek Squad responded to my need for help with my computer. And he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable.

    Sony x85k less than a year screen went black called Geek said under Sony Warranty Geek had to come out to check then I had to call Sony they sent parts to local TV repair fixed.

    Jordan was excellent. He carefully tracked down and located the electronic component that was the problem, and spent time helping me to optimally relocate the remote control blasters. Moreover, he was courteous, friendly and more knowledgable than most of his counterparts.

    The gentleman who did the install was polite, patient with me, and explained the Eero. He installed all three and made sure they were connected and working properly. He walked me through the app, too before leaving.
