    The agents, Greg and Sean were TERRIFIC! They were not only knowledgeable but speedy in their work! I would use them again and again. Their advice changed everything in my home regarding my home theatre sound and my consolidating 3 WiFi addresses into 1! Also likeable guys.

    I have been a Total Tech member since Best Buy started this service. It is Wonderful. My installers were Excellent. Jacob and his assistant were on time, finished quickly, answered all of my questions, great team!

    This review is three stars because we had different people service our needs and phone service was dreadful. I was on hold 20 minutes and then was cut off. We had to drive to B Buy to request followup. Geek installed the system but neglected to plug in our external speakers. Different person returned and informed us to go back (again) to Best Buy to purchase yet another piece of equipment to make it work, then rebook the appointment. Third time they came the situation was resolved and we received a good explanation of how to use it. Underwhelmed by the initial install.

    The Geek squad was able to trouble shoot the volume control on the sound bar and fixed it and did not leave until we had a full understanding of how to use the remotes. They were really pleasant and knowledgeable.

    John handled the setup for my HP printer in a timely manner. He filled the ink tanks and installed the printheads. I printed a document and copied from the feeder input tray. It worked great!!!

    The tech checked to be sure all the cables to the speakers were properly connected. He also explained that our receiver has Dolby audio and that’s the reason why we sometimes hear all the speakers and sometimes just a few.
