Geek Squad Did trouble shooting of my internet and other issues. As usual I was totally satisfied and will continue my Geek Squad membership.

I have been a Total Tech member since Best Buy started this service. It is Wonderful. My installers were Excellent. Jacob and his assistant were on time, finished quickly, answered all of my questions, great team!

Problem seemed to be solved, technician was timely, very polite and knowledgeable. Everything worked great until the next day when i turned the TV on the problem is back!

In combination with Total Tech Support, Geek Squad had "fixed" every electric problem I have run into for over five years. They have completely reworked my home intercom system to be a total house music system, repaired computers, and installed products. They have always been 100% professional, knowledgeable, and reliable.

When I went into the store did not know where to look and I asked the gentleman JAKE went above his job to look for the charger that I needed. He went into the stock to find it, Checked me out and have to say 'very helpful and knowledgeable.

Young lady treated me with the utmost kindness in answering my many questions. Corrected problem quickly and explained exactly what went wrong. She deserves a 5 star rating. Thank you.

The Geek squad was able to trouble shoot the volume control on the sound bar and fixed it and did not leave until we had a full understanding of how to use the remotes. They were really pleasant and knowledgeable.

The tech checked to be sure all the cables to the speakers were properly connected. He also explained that our receiver has Dolby audio and that’s the reason why we sometimes hear all the speakers and sometimes just a few.

Sebastian came to my house to help me set up my head phones. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me to know how to set up the headphones on each of my TVs. It felt really good to use my geek squad subscription on something so helpful.

The agent installed our Ring Door Bell and made adjustments to it. Austin connected our WI-FI to our vehicle. He was able to get our HP printer to start printing again and showed how to scan. Moreover, he connected Alexia to Ring and my vehicle. I thank the Geek Squad!

They got my Arlo cameras re-installed and working properly !

This Eason printer with the refillable inkwells has been performing well thus far. The control buttons were a little confusing at first but now that we recognize the symbols it is easy to use. You need to use gloves to fill the inkwells and be careful when opening the bottles as the ink can splash. If you go slow there are no problems.

We have system that was not properly integrated and Erik got it all straightened out and working properly! He was very friendly and polite as well.

It is helpful to have this option on my BB account.

The agent helped resolve this issue with my sound system not staying connected

John handled the setup for my HP printer in a timely manner. He filled the ink tanks and installed the printheads. I printed a document and copied from the feeder input tray. It worked great!!!
