Figured it out in less than 5 minutes, were very professional and courteous. They ran ahead of schedule. The soundbar was not staying on. It turns out that it had been turned off and they showed me what to do if it happened again.

If there was a "zero" stars I'd give it. I am so disappointed I'm thinking of not renewing the annual Tech I signed up for. Communication with Best Buy is HORRIBLE!!! The choices don't apply to me when I go online so I have to call....BUT YOU CANT reach anyone by phone. So I have to DRIVE UP THERE to talk to someone. TRIED to make an in home appointment.....that was a joke. The acting manager at the store said appointment folks would call me the next day to SEE WHAT WOULD WORK FOR ME. But they only texted me and said when they would be there.......which was NOT convenient for me but I couldn't change it or talk to anyone. DROVE up there again to tell them that and asked to speak to someone about an appointment they said it is all done by corporate and they have no control. Definitely not recommending TECH to anyone,.

The gentlemen from geek squad re-mounted my 85 inch tv. I originally had the tv mounted a year ago and it began to title. The gentle had no problem with fixing the issue without buying any additional parts.

The agent who came his name was William. He helped me check and correct my tv screen from pixel picture and freeze frame. He also gave me some suggestions on what to do for better service of my cable. He was very nice polite and professional. Excellent costumer service he provided truly grateful to him.

John handled the setup for my HP printer in a timely manner. He filled the ink tanks and installed the printheads. I printed a document and copied from the feeder input tray. It worked great!!!

The two guys were great. There was no issue with the tv. It was my error with the Vizio sound bar. I apparently had hit the input button by mistake changing the sound from tv to blue tooth. The men were polite and didn't make me feel like an idiot. Thank You!!
