    I brought my AirPods Pros in for the 2nd time to the Geek Squad. First time I brought them in I was still having problems with them pairing up to my iPhone. I brought them in again & now they finally work as they should! Now I can enjoy using them again! Thanks Geek Squad!

    Scott originally was to sync my remotes, however, it became a much more technical service call with reconnecting my Bose Sound Bar and rebooting my TV to Google Home and uploading apps. Great service, very professional, friendly and took the time out to explain to me how to use the remotes.

    I had a complete cable meltdown in my area for nearly 24 hours. Long story short, my equipment did not all come back up to par. I phoned Geek Squad and the operator notes were excellent to enable the team to help me at my home. They went above and beyond the call of duty when here, too.

    The tech checked to be sure all the cables to the speakers were properly connected. He also explained that our receiver has Dolby audio and that’s the reason why we sometimes hear all the speakers and sometimes just a few.

    This review is three stars because we had different people service our needs and phone service was dreadful. I was on hold 20 minutes and then was cut off. We had to drive to B Buy to request followup. Geek installed the system but neglected to plug in our external speakers. Different person returned and informed us to go back (again) to Best Buy to purchase yet another piece of equipment to make it work, then rebook the appointment. Third time they came the situation was resolved and we received a good explanation of how to use it. Underwhelmed by the initial install.

    The Geek Squad agents were able to determine that the issue that I was having with my Television was caused by a faulty cable box and not the TV. They were polite, careful to wear shoe coverings and masks, and were knowledgeable. I am so glad that I signed up for the Total Tech program.

    I have used the Geek Squad for years, with excellent results. With our home theater set-up, I noticed issues with the rear speakers, and could not sort it out. Matt (Geek Squad) came over, did a complete review, and after several adjustments, we are up and running again! He is coming back next week to set up our new streaming video hookups. Great job again.

    The agents arrived to reconnect my home theater but they had problems and they were young. So troubleshooting not as throughall as previous reps. They had to return the next day even I problems afterwards

    As a Total Tech customer through Magnolia, scheduling on the phone needs improvement. Otherwise, the Geek Squad techs who make home visits are always courteous, knowledgeable and patient in addressing equipment issues.

    Our 75” Sony suddenly went dead. The tech explained that it would not be possible to fix it and why. It was actually refreshing that he was so honest and basically said it would not be worth it.
