    The agents arrived to reconnect my home theater but they had problems and they were young. So troubleshooting not as throughall as previous reps. They had to return the next day even I problems afterwards

    Geek Squad agent came to our home and help me finish the setup of my new Sharp stereo system..... very informative and versed in the product! Although I'll have to continue the learning curve ....he made it a lot easier to start.

    The agents ran diagnostics on my LG OLED 55" - re-paired my Sony soundbar wLG-5 surround speakers, and finally ordered a replacement display panel to fix the screen pixel burn in after diagnostics finished. Fast, knowledgeable and explained what was required. They are both expert techs from the GeekSquad team and worked clean and fast.

    The agent installed our Ring Door Bell and made adjustments to it. Austin connected our WI-FI to our vehicle. He was able to get our HP printer to start printing again and showed how to scan. Moreover, he connected Alexia to Ring and my vehicle. I thank the Geek Squad!

    David was great! (3rd party tech company, hired by Best Buy) He resolved an installation issue that 2 other tech teams were unable to figure out. Also showed us much simpler ways to set up our apps on our new TV. Thanks David!

    Geo reset our LG TV to the original setings. Also, he setup a reset program as backup. He showed us how to use the reset. We are very satisfied with Geo's efforts.

    We had managed to foul up the settings on our new TV and consequently could not watch it. The techs came quickly, reprogrammed as needed, and explained patiently (once again) what we needed to do. Everything's fine now.

    Our 75” Sony suddenly went dead. The tech explained that it would not be possible to fix it and why. It was actually refreshing that he was so honest and basically said it would not be worth it.
