    The geek squad synked all my devises to one remote control. It is nice only having.one remote instead of 3 remotes. They also hooked up my new lg tv to my new receiver and speakers. Everything works great. The sound is unbelievable!!!

    The Geek Squad technician was wonderful! He was one smart guy and fixed my problem in minutes. I was embarrassed when I learned the nature of the problem. It was a simple issue that most tech savvy folks would have handled. But the technician was kind and respectful and didn't make me feel stupid. He was a blessing! Thank goodness for Geek Squad!

    This team (Dan and Scott) is without question the single best AV-related team that I have ever dealt with. Not just because they are very professional (on time etc.) and respectful, but because of the knowledge. Dan Kostrzewa could teach a class every tv and related product on the market. Plus, he knows how to mix and match what I need to have upgraded with what I already have in order to maximize functionality and not allow for updates without stranded assets. This results in more sales for the company. He assesses the need and makes excellent recommendations and handles it from there. As a result, I only buy my TVs and related equipment from Best Buy, because he is easy to deal with, solves whatever problem I have and "makes it so." These guys are your best sales people as well as doing install!

    Was having problem with my Eero router dropping or poor connectivity. Made an appointment for a day later in the week that the tech was available to come. However, another tech called later and said he was available to come this evening of my call instead and helped me troubleshoot my connectivity. Really appreciate the super quick response time so I can continue on my business while working from home. Thank you!

    I needed assistance in completing and obtaining the optimum sound/reception with a recently purchased audio system. The Tech, Nick, arrived during the promised arrival time, was professional and attentive to our requests and needs. Along with completing the set up of the audio system to its fullest potential, we also needed assistance in completing and using an older model of the Wii, and older model of a VCR player and outdoor speakers. We did purchase o two zone audio system just for the purpose of utilizing the outdoor speakers separately from the interior needs. Nick was very through in his evaluation and had very good knowledge of most of the workings of the system. However, to make the VCR, the Wii and the exterior speakers functional was a bigger challenge. Nick was able to get the VCR to function through the system, but was unable to complete the outdoor speakers to work, although he did confirm power was reaching the speakers and they were functioning. The Wii needed a power source replaced, and once that part was received, with Nicks guidance via phone, I was able to make the Wii functional through the system. Overall, Nick did his best, was very patient and persistent in trying to resolve the aforementioned issues, even calling other associates for ideas and opinions, but still left the outside speakers non functional.

    Austin was technically knowledgeable of our new Samsung TV and able to walk us through all of the set- up procedures that were totally frustrating. Especially the modern "mini" remote control. He also tested our Wi-Fi speed. Also, indicated that our replacement Samsung's remote could be used instead of the new mini which we opted to do. He is a good communicator, listening well and was able to address all of our concerns. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

    Great job.Nicholas installed our Sonos Arc soundbar carefully.He explained how it works and how to use it for optimal performance.He was very courteous and patient in answering our questions.He was very knowledgeable about the workings of Home Theater systems in general and we are enjoying our home theater system because he took the time to teach us how to use it.

    They were nice but they kept telling me how to do the things and not the things I didn’t know how to do. I haven’t been able to use my tv set up as far as stations like Fox because as they left I realized I did not know how to connect with Fox News which was supposed to be on Sling. I knew more about the streaming services and they did show me how to connect a movie on Amazon but I do not know how to connect on screen to the left side alphabet. I know it’s something simple but I have been listening to the late night radio since they left. I tried to get the tech person I know could help from Best Buy but that is impossible. I canceled the tech person for tomorrow because I have had no communication from Best Buy about the time. Also, when the cable was diy my one tv turned blue. As I say they were nice but we spent most of the time registering because I’m not the usual NetFlix soap opera person

    My first new LG stopped working after 47 days. Because I have total tech, Best Buy immediately exchanged it with a new LG which now continues to perform perfectly there was no hassle and no questions. Perhaps it could have been fixed but I was able to get satisfaction with a new TV. I would not let my total tech status lapse

    The Geek Squad (Sean) who came out to find out why our TV was not working were very professional and knowledgeable about why it was not working and they promptly told us what we could do. We have found the Geek Squad are excellent in their knowledge and expertise. It is nice to have someone who will explain to you what is needed and follows thru

    We had an issue with both brightness and contrast levels when turning our new Sony TV on. Geek Squad (and our Total Tech membership!) to the rescue! Erek (agent) did some resetting and tweaking that yielded an excellent picture. He also explained how on a Sony TV, brightness adjusts the black level and contrast adjusts the white level.

    The smartest troubleshooter ever visited me! He was sharp, patient, and did multiple scenario tests on my new TVs and Apple TV boxes. He walked me through his logic and it all was explained so well that I was able to contact Xfinity and get their issue fixed by using the Geek Squad tests as my evidence that it was all their end.

    Well it was a "fake" appointment we set up so you guys could tell samsung my tv couldn't be repaired that we ultimate didn't need because you guys just exchanged the tv for me. So pretty unusual situation lol the best buy and geek squad girls i delt with in store were great though!

    Tyler troubleshot my existing tv and he was professional, personable, precise and thorough. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately the issue was my tv but he gave me recommendations on a new set and gave me guidelines to stay with my already existing components.

    The Geek guy did tweak the sound and TV, But I fund out later That by cleaning all the HDMI cables it corrected the problem. By doing this The 5.1 came back the life without cutting out when turning up the volume.
