    Two members of the Geek squad came to my home to complete the install of our new 65” Sony TV. They obviously knew what they were doing because the smart tv is now smart. The original install left a lot to be desired but these guys knew what they were doing. My only issue was was the speed of the install. I should of asked more questions.

    Geek Squad Fixed My TV

    They fixed the problem I had connecting my Samsung TV with Comcast and pairing my remote. Before they came, I was on the phone with Comcast for over an hour trying to fix it, and they could not help me at all. It took the Geek Squad less than half an hour to fix all the problems. Thank You Geek Squad!

    The technician was so experienced he explained everything and answered all my questions. Yes, it was a little expensive but I would not hesitate to have another technician from Best Buy come out to fix my technical problems. Thanks Best Buy.

    The geek squad synked all my devises to one remote control. It is nice only having.one remote instead of 3 remotes. They also hooked up my new lg tv to my new receiver and speakers. Everything works great. The sound is unbelievable!!!

The technician was able to troubleshoot the issue quickly, politely took the time to explain how the issue occurred and how to prevent it from happening in the future.     This team (Dan and Scott) is without question the single best AV-related team that I have ever dealt with. Not just because they are very professional (on time etc.) and respectful, but because of the knowledge. Dan Kostrzewa could teach a class every tv and related product on the market. Plus, he knows how to mix and match what I need to have upgraded with what I already have in order to maximize functionality and not allow for updates without stranded assets. This results in more sales for the company. He assesses the need and makes excellent recommendations and handles it from there. As a result, I only buy my TVs and related equipment from Best Buy, because he is easy to deal with, solves whatever problem I have and "makes it so." These guys are your best sales people as well as doing install!

    These two gentlemen totally trouble shouted our system and rewired the system to make it easier and more usable for us. They realized that the issue would take more time than originally planned but took the time to “fix” it! They were amazing and so caring for our home. Thank you!

    The technician was on time and came in house put on butties over his shoes brought in LG Tv and Sono’s speakers and installed them and gave instructions on how to use TV and speakers. Cleand up all cartons and put them in his Van. Very personal young man and professional. I have to say I was really happy with there service and will definitely call them back One happy customer!! Thanks Geek Squad.

    Geek Squad quickly reconnected WiFi back to TV

    The two members who came to our home were professional and polite. They were able to reconnect our wi-fi to our television quickly explaining what they did so we can do it if the disconnect happens again. The disconnect was due to a storm. We have been customers of the Geek Squad even before Best Buy purchased this great service.

    I had a problem with my new TV, at least once and often twice a week the tv would turn off in the middle of watching it. I played with the setting and no luck. Best Buy under the TotalTech plan sent someone out to my house, he ordered a new power source and another part from LG, quick professional job, since then I have not had the issue in 2 weeks.

    Excellent service and instruction from the Best Buy technician. She walked me through multiple updates to try to fix my remote issue. I am not technically gifted so I appreciate her patience with me. She never made me feel bad. We weren’t able to get the issue corrected so she scheduled a in home visit with a Best Buy Geek Squad technician. The issue was resolved within the visit.

    What a scam. I bought an expensive surround sound system along with a 75" TV. I couldn't get the surround speakers to work at anything above a very low volume. Two guys came out and did obvious things like check the connections. I asked them how they get training on so many different manufacturers and products, and they said they don't; they try to figure it out. They ended up telling me that's just how my system is supposed to work. The "new" systems play a very low volume from the speakers- like a crowd in the background at a football game. That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. They said that was it, and they left. I was playing around with the TV yesterday and found out how to direct the audio output to the surround system. Now it actually has sound! What a rip-off the Geek Squad is!

    Was having problem with my Eero router dropping or poor connectivity. Made an appointment for a day later in the week that the tech was available to come. However, another tech called later and said he was available to come this evening of my call instead and helped me troubleshoot my connectivity. Really appreciate the super quick response time so I can continue on my business while working from home. Thank you!

    They were nice but they kept telling me how to do the things and not the things I didn’t know how to do. I haven’t been able to use my tv set up as far as stations like Fox because as they left I realized I did not know how to connect with Fox News which was supposed to be on Sling. I knew more about the streaming services and they did show me how to connect a movie on Amazon but I do not know how to connect on screen to the left side alphabet. I know it’s something simple but I have been listening to the late night radio since they left. I tried to get the tech person I know could help from Best Buy but that is impossible. I canceled the tech person for tomorrow because I have had no communication from Best Buy about the time. Also, when the cable was diy my one tv turned blue. As I say they were nice but we spent most of the time registering because I’m not the usual NetFlix soap opera person
