I do appreciate the Geek Squad...seems harder and harder for me to keep up with how all the technology changes for all the devices we buy and use. Our Geek Squad Tech Support membership is some of the best money we spend.

Unfortunately, Geek Squad was not up to the Task
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I requested troubleshooting because I was not sure I had set up the Samsung TV I purchased at Best Buy correctly. As part of the troubleshooting, I asked the Geek Squad check out my Antenna connection - I use both cable and antenna. They were unable to set up the antenna so I threw out the antenna and assumed there was no way to do that. Today, I figured it out myself was also able to add back the Samsung TV channels that Samsung includes with the TV. Because BestBuy sells so many Samsung TVs, I think it was reasonable for me to assume the Geek Squad knew how to configure my Samsung TV to use both my cable provider and my antenna.

Great diagnosis

Resolved a couple with repairs and diagnosed others as blown equipment. We want Hector back when we replace the damaged equipment. Be sure he is booked to do the work!

Reset Our LG TV

Geek Squad Home Support was wonderful.

He found the reason when the Manager in the store had overlooked it. He was very resourceful in researching options.
