    As much as they wanted to help me with my issue it was beyond their control! The tech who scheduled the appointment unfortunately wasn’t well versed in the scope of the repairs

    The agents, Greg and Sean were TERRIFIC! They were not only knowledgeable but speedy in their work! I would use them again and again. Their advice changed everything in my home regarding my home theatre sound and my consolidating 3 WiFi addresses into 1! Also likeable guys.

    When I went into the store did not know where to look and I asked the gentleman JAKE went above his job to look for the charger that I needed. He went into the stock to find it, Checked me out and have to say 'very helpful and knowledgeable.

    Geeek Squad installed my soundbar perfectly

    The Geek Squad led by a great tech named Greg, recommended an upgrade soundbar and brought the new one here to replace the one I purchased. He did a quick job of installing and adjusting sound qualities to match the new OLEG TV also just purchased. Terrific service!

    The agents were able to get my printer and computer synced up. They also responded to a couple of questions I had regarding my outdoor Blink security system. Both were extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable.

    The agent had a difficult problem to resolve due in part to another vendors hardware but he stuck with it even calling the other vendor’s tech support for assistance. He was very knowledgeable and polite.

    Finicky Harmony Remote

    I can't believe how smart the techs are ... can't seem to stump them on anything. I'm still having some intermittent problems with my Harmony Remote which seems to work when it wants to, but I don't blame the technician, it was working perfectly when he left.

    Sebastian came to my house to help me set up my head phones. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me to know how to set up the headphones on each of my TVs. It felt really good to use my geek squad subscription on something so helpful.

    David was great! (3rd party tech company, hired by Best Buy) He resolved an installation issue that 2 other tech teams were unable to figure out. Also showed us much simpler ways to set up our apps on our new TV. Thanks David!
