Geek squad did a great job re-programming my Harmony Universal Remote

This work was done very well..with efficiency and patience with all my questions. I do appreciate the Geek Squad...seems harder and harder for me to keep up with how all the technology changes for all the devices we buy and use. Our Geek Squad Tech Support membership is some of the best money we spend.

Jason came & quickly resolved my remote problem and was able to move on to some other issues, which included helping me plan an upgrade to one of my dated BB/GeekSquad home theater systems. I'm excited about working towards this project.

I requested troubleshooting because I was not sure I had set up the Samsung TV I purchased at Best Buy correctly. As part of the troubleshooting, I asked the Geek Squad check out my Antenna connection - I use both cable and antenna. They were unable to set up the antenna so I threw out the antenna and assumed there was no way to do that. Today, I figured it out myself was also able to add back the Samsung TV channels that Samsung includes with the TV. Because BestBuy sells so many Samsung TVs, I think it was reasonable for me to assume the Geek Squad knew how to configure my Samsung TV to use both my cable provider and my antenna.

Hector came out to troubleshoot some av system issues. Resolved a couple with repairs and diagnosed others as blown equipment. We want Hector back when we replace the damaged equipment. Be sure he is booked to do the work!

Geo reset our LG TV to the original setings. Also, he setup a reset program as backup. He showed us how to use the reset. We are very satisfied with Geo's efforts.

The team came out on 09/28/23 and made sure that the return purchase was a easy transaction. Both team members were attentive and polite with asking and answering questions.

The home support team was wonderful. They showed up in a timely manner. They dropped off the replacement tv and removed the malfunctioning tv in a matter of 5 minutes. Very nice and professional.

The person who came from another area was very knowledgeable and helpful. The online help not so much.

Shana Kinney was fabulous and helped with troubleshooting the issue I was having and gave me some great advice when we couldn’t get the issue fixed.

As always the Geek squad was professional and efficient in setting up my system and they didn't leave until they were sure I understood all the settings on the system.

JD was thorough and although the problem was not resolved, he identified the reason that it could not be with our current TV. He found the reason when the Manager in the store had overlooked it. He was very resourceful in researching options.

Thé agents helped us get the kinks out of our Arlo system and understand how to use the devices and apps to control use. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable re Arlo systems.Professional and courteous and on time with excellent communication.

Agent reviewed problem with my new Sony Bravia tv, problem still happening. Popping sound coming from speakers when I use remote ton lace tv on hold1 Will have to call service again,

Luis was the agent who came. He made sure all devices were working as they should and took the time to make sure I understood how to operate them.

We were having difficulty accessing Roku. The technician helped us with the navigation. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

The Geek’s that came out to my house, did a fantastic job getting everything set up and then teaching me how to operate everything correctly. They were both very polite and respectful.
