TV affected by lightning. Replaced the board with the ports. Worked for a while then something else has gone wrong. Had a tech come out and they are ordering more parts for it.

We had managed to foul up the settings on our new TV and consequently could not watch it. The techs came quickly, reprogrammed as needed, and explained patiently (once again) what we needed to do. Everything's fine now.

Customer service team at the store advised me the local geek squad could trouble shoot and offer repair to my product, IF i spent the in home fee of $130. Geek Squad showed up, wasnt even the right people to do the job of troubleshoot and repair. Blew in home fee for nothing. Like highway robbery. Now its been a fight for weeks to get it refunded after the geek squad guys that came to my house and agreed i needed the refund.

Tech was great I requested a non third party the first tech that arrived for the appt was awful. Combative and cocky couldn’t stop telling me what he could not do. Appt mess ups not his problem. Fire him.

The Geek Squad technician called prior to his arrival, and he was prompt and courteous. He worked steadily to check the requested items, and successfully diagnosed the problems we were experiencing with our audio equipment. He then connected one or more wires which had not been connected during the initial installation for our project. We are pleased with the service provided.

The home support team was wonderful. They showed up in a timely manner. They dropped off the replacement tv and removed the malfunctioning tv in a matter of 5 minutes. Very nice and professional.

Our tech explained all she was doing to pair up our sound bar back to tv. She also had to re -pair our sonos speakers. She took her time and explained everything she was doing.
