    Yes the agent mounted the 40 inch screen that fit on the table top, just right. And swivels around for a better view if needed.

    Re- pairing sound bar to tv

    Our tech explained all she was doing to pair up our sound bar back to tv. She also had to re -pair our sonos speakers. She took her time and explained everything she was doing.

    Geek Squad has always helped me, but this event was cancelled. I had a very hard time canceling since they did not call me the night before and the store was not open until 10 a.m. A chat agent finally canceled for me due to the cancel button being greyed out. They showed up at the door and said he would also make sure it was cancelled. The problem turned out to be something unrepairable.

    Dean, was friendly, courteous & knowledgeable. AT&T did not reprogram my DVD player when they had to put in new equipment & I needed help in doing so. He was very, very good & a great asset to your company.

    The agent was able to solve my problem with connecting an old vrc to the tv. we had to use an older tv that had the right recepticle . I wanted to see some tapes before I sent them out to be copied.

    I requested troubleshooting because I was not sure I had set up the Samsung TV I purchased at Best Buy correctly. As part of the troubleshooting, I asked the Geek Squad check out my Antenna connection - I use both cable and antenna. They were unable to set up the antenna so I threw out the antenna and assumed there was no way to do that. Today, I figured it out myself was also able to add back the Samsung TV channels that Samsung includes with the TV. Because BestBuy sells so many Samsung TVs, I think it was reasonable for me to assume the Geek Squad knew how to configure my Samsung TV to use both my cable provider and my antenna.

    Although my tv wasn't repaired (Samsung factory defects) my geek squad guy made a valiant effort to figure out the issue. I give him an E for effort and for his excellent service!

    Had a friend accidentally mess up the settings on my TV. With it being a new smart TV needed someone smarter than me to readjust the settings. Rep who showed up did so in stellar fashion and time.

    The agent was very informative and hooked everything together. However, there are a couple of things that are not hooked up the way I want them so I need to schedule a service call to correct this.

    JD was thorough and although the problem was not resolved, he identified the reason that it could not be with our current TV. He found the reason when the Manager in the store had overlooked it. He was very resourceful in researching options.
