Great service but charged as a total tech member, still waiting for a refund that was charged $89.09 on 12/21 plus a gift card that was promised for being on the phone for over 2 hours before the issue was resolved.

The guys went through the system and determined that the system needed a reset, it seems simple but its really not that simple but through their knowledge and experience the used the system install methods and worked their way thru it and found the issue.

I got great information from my geek squad. I'd be more than happy to call them whenever I need any kind of electronical help.

The agent came to identify a system default and was able to identify and correct within a very brief time. We were most satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge.

Agents mounted tv, sound bar and did all calibrations. Cleaned up as well from in wall wiring. I've made multiple use of my total tech services in home. Well worth the money. The guys are grest. Knowledgeable, courtious even fun

First it was on 1/11/23. They came in and tested the tv. There were spots on the screen that didn’t go away. After the scan the one green dot I saw was gone. They set up an appointment to replace the board.

This was a second visit, as the first time a “third party” was sent and they were completely unprofessional, no identification, knew absolutely nothing about the equipment I have. The two Geek Squad technicians that came to my home were very professional and took care of everything.

The agents mounte3d my TV on the existing mount and completed the initial set-up. I had to adjust upward the mounting of the sound bar below the TV so the wires wouldn't show.

The talented gentlemen from the Danbury CT Geek Squad diagnosed my issue of my surround sound system with no output sound. My LED Sound Cable gone bad and they had a new one in their truck and quickly replaced it fixing the issue reported.

Sam and Lavoie work diligently to trouble shoot my problem. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and dogged in working out the problem. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help.
