    The agents connected my new TV and were spot on! I will call on them anytime I have an issue that I cannot figure out myself. Geek Squad was very helpful on the phone as well and was able to help me troubleshoot my problem and saved themselves a trip!

    The agent setup my new Marantz receiver efficiently. He took the time to show us various ways of streaming music and recommended we use our ipad instead of our iphone. A great suggestion because it didn't tie up our phone if a call came in.

    The Geek Squad agents removed my old 55" Pioneer TV from the wall mount, installed my new Samsung 65' QLED series, 80AA TV, connected all my devises, and conducted a quick session on operating my new TV.

    Hector came out to troubleshoot some av system issues. Resolved a couple with repairs and diagnosed others as blown equipment. We want Hector back when we replace the damaged equipment. Be sure he is booked to do the work!

    The agent (from Findlay, OH) found the problem and explain that the signal from the TV to the soundbar was a beam of light. The wire was kinked and therefore the light beam was interrupted. That happened during the original installation.

    The agent was able to solve my problem with connecting an old vrc to the tv. we had to use an older tv that had the right recepticle . I wanted to see some tapes before I sent them out to be copied.

    Had a friend accidentally mess up the settings on my TV. With it being a new smart TV needed someone smarter than me to readjust the settings. Rep who showed up did so in stellar fashion and time.

    I HAD A BOS=E SYSTEM BEFORE, WHEN IT WENT SOUTH I DECIDED TO REPLACE IT WITH A SONY. CLOSE IN PRICE WITH RER SPEAKERS ADDED. EASY TO SET UP AND WHEN IT WAS ALL TUNED IN WITH SUB AND REARS THE SOUND IS FANTASTIC. WORKS EXTREMELY WELL WITH MY LG 55" CURVED SCREEN TV. LOVE THE OVERALL SURROUND SOUND WITH OVERHEAD PROJECTED SOUND. JUST LIKE WATCHING A MOVIE IN THE THEATRE.

    The agents ran diagnostics on my LG OLED 55" - re-paired my Sony soundbar wLG-5 surround speakers, and finally ordered a replacement display panel to fix the screen pixel burn in after diagnostics finished. Fast, knowledgeable and explained what was required. They are both expert techs from the GeekSquad team and worked clean and fast.
