The experience I had using Geek Squad was nothing short of fantastic! The agent showed up as promised listened to my problems and quickly went to work to solve them. Everything was done as asked.

They did a good job. Arrived on time and got my sound bar working. However, They didn't show me what was the problem and how to fix it, if it happened again, as it has.
