    The entire process that includes assessing problem with TV, selecting a new TV, and the installment on a stone wall has been very successful. Technicians were thorough and professional in my home as well as the sales staff in the store. Would definitely suggest utilizing their services.

    Our Geek Squad representative, Luke, was very helpful in sorting out our AV system problems. He spent extra time and patience to ensure that we understood everything he was doing and how we could duplicate it and maintain the desired performance. Friendly and professional - top notch. Easily the best Geek squad rep that we have dealt with.

    The technicians came out to see if speakers could be added with our Sonos system. They made a recommendation and helped us get them ordered and made an appointment for them to be set up

    The agent came to install a new receiver we purchased at Best Buy and found out there was nothing wrong with the old one. I wil return the new one.

    The Geek Squad Tech was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He immediately addressed my issue and schooled me on ways to resolve similar issues should they arise. I was extremely pleased with his service.

    Technicians arrived on time and solved my Home theater issue in a timely and professional manner in 20min. Being a "Total Tech" member pays off too as there was no charge for the service.

    Agents removed the AT&T receiver to I could return it. The system never worked after last December's installation so we took it off our charges.

    Need redo on pairing rear speakers & AirPods.

    Geek Squad always knowledgeable and efficient. Unfortunately I believe that turning off my soundbar caused me to loose the pairing to the rear channel speakers! I also learned that the same thing was true for the the pair of HomePod speakers that were paired to my iPad.

    There was a power outage after a thunder storm. My tv with You tube tv service was not working. It was on but no reception. The wifi took some effort for them to get going.

    Home theatre problem resolved

    Had the Geek Squad rep out to diagnose a problem with home theatre setup. Had a power surge that damaged the receiver but TV was still fine. Did some creative rewiring to still use the TV while we replaced the receiver.

    The three stars are for the overall experience with the people I spoke with over the phone, on the chat, and actual techs that came out. The two techs definitely hey 5 stars. The rest of the them get one. The people on the phones weren't helpful at all except for maybe one. They acted like they didn't want to help me and completely disregarded what I told them about the issue. The chat people were even worse. They scheduled the wrong thing twice.

    The agents mounts my TV, and suggested a stronger internet connection, which I purchased. That solved all issues both in the gazebo and in the house. I was happy for the advice.
