I wish I could remember the names of the two tech guys who came out to my place. They were really great. ‘Solved the problem in a quick minute, and asked me if there was anything else they could do or explain for me.

Had problem with a Lip-Sync issue in the sound. Service tech fixed it by changes in the settings, and it only took about 10 minutes total time. This was an issue created by the fact that I had an installed LG Sounder.

The 2 women did a great job investigating my problem. Gave mrwhat i had to do which was to get an updated cable box.
My concern was i never got a e-m report of what they did. They said there would be a # to call them back when i got the new box if i still had problems.

I requested troubleshooting because I was not sure I had set up the Samsung TV I purchased at Best Buy correctly. As part of the troubleshooting, I asked the Geek Squad check out my Antenna connection - I use both cable and antenna. They were unable to set up the antenna so I threw out the antenna and assumed there was no way to do that. Today, I figured it out myself was also able to add back the Samsung TV channels that Samsung includes with the TV. Because BestBuy sells so many Samsung TVs, I think it was reasonable for me to assume the Geek Squad knew how to configure my Samsung TV to use both my cable provider and my antenna.

There was a power outage after a thunder storm. My tv with You tube tv service was not working. It was on but no reception. The wifi took some effort for them to get going.

Fast printer, love the ink wells

This Eason printer with the refillable inkwells has been performing well thus far. The control buttons were a little confusing at first but now that we recognize the symbols it is easy to use. You need to use gloves to fill the inkwells and be careful when opening the bottles as the ink can splash. If you go slow there are no problems.

Great service but charged as a total tech member, still waiting for a refund that was charged $89.09 on 12/21 plus a gift card that was promised for being on the phone for over 2 hours before the issue was resolved.

The three stars are for the overall experience with the people I spoke with over the phone, on the chat, and actual techs that came out. The two techs definitely hey 5 stars. The rest of the them get one. The people on the phones weren't helpful at all except for maybe one. They acted like they didn't want to help me and completely disregarded what I told them about the issue. The chat people were even worse. They scheduled the wrong thing twice.
