I am always pleased with Best Buy. The associates seem to be very knowledgeable. I do have to return today for a double check on measurements, I purchased a microwave, but not positive on measurement's.

Showed up on time, listened well, and fixed the problem in a timely manner. They were courteous and respectful of my home and my family.

The Squad was very helpful and insightful. They explained brand and more specifically the infrastructure of the TV’s component.

It took the Geek Squad guy five minutes to fix/show me how to hook up a player to my internet radio, something neither the sales people nor the manufacturers could do in three months.

I think his name was Nick. They were very polite and respectful. Solved are problem with in 15 minutes. Geek Squad is worth every penny. I will keep renewing every year. Love you guys!

The agent was very nice and helpful, Unfortnately the adjustments made to the tv did not resolve the issues with the sound bar. we're thinking the problem is a compatability issue between the sound bar and tv.

Greetings, my experience with Geek Squad was top shelf, the guys were very prompt friendly service and very professional ( they definitely know there craft, they replace and resolved my issues in 25 minutes tops and yes I highly recommend them

Geek Squad technicians were very helpful in setting up my new TV and getting my older receiver to work. They did it quickly and explained workaround to me. Highly recommend this service.

The agents arrived early (after calling to confirm this was ok). they socially distanced and quickly determined what the issue was. I couldn't synchronize the TV controller after I had switched out the WiFi system. They were in an out in a short period of time. Very professional and courteous.

I needed the agents to troubleshoot my system - the components were not "talking to each other". They did a great job, gave me some advice and showed me a few hints to troubleshoot next time this happened.
