The geek squad agent for my tv knew what he was doing but he had to call the manager to get things rolling. The manager twice denied him which kept me from having a working tv

Service was great. Was on time and keep us posted as to his arrival status. Solved our HT problems and also fixed the issues we had with Sonos sound system. He was very calm and gave clear explanations without being demeaning.

The tech quickly saw the problem my TV was having and reported it as defective so that I could get a replacement. Without the Geek Squad warranty I would have has to pay $2000 for a new TV, but it was all covered by the plan.

Great service. Straight mounting!!! Very careful with my tv. Didn't have to make multiple holes. They measured 3 times and mounted the first. Great service!!
