I have had Geek Squad come tune my TV several times. I never can do it myself out of the box. They are always very helpful and make sure I can use the remote too!

The agents came and readjusted the tv mount i had installed previously. They also troubleshooted and corrected my issue with my sound bar. They were very friendly, fast, and professional.

Had the Geek Squad rep out to diagnose a problem with home theatre setup. Had a power surge that damaged the receiver but TV was still fine. Did some creative rewiring to still use the TV while we replaced the receiver.

I am not a techie in any way, shape or form so I depend on Geek Squad for any technical issues that arise in my life. To date I have not been disrespected for my inability or disappointed with any needed services. Thank you!

Austin was on time along with another Geek Squad staff, Tom. The two of them worked in tandem and fixed all of the items which I was having problems with.

The tech really couldnt do anything, so it wasnt his fault. He changed some settings on my tv, but nothing changed. My 3000 tv skips audio every few minutes. Just stops for a few seconds then comes back on. I also cant stand the fact that they give you a HUGE window. I cant miss an entire day of work for your 8 hour window just for the tech to show up at the end of the window. Get your crap together best buy.
