    I have had Geek Squad come tune my TV several times. I never can do it myself out of the box. They are always very helpful and make sure I can use the remote too!

    The tech quickly saw the problem my TV was having and reported it as defective so that I could get a replacement. Without the Geek Squad warranty I would have has to pay $2000 for a new TV, but it was all covered by the plan.

    Geek squad always does an awesome job!!! They’ve hooked up my eero network to perform superbly and hooked up all my TVs and sound system. No complaints.

    I have never had a bad experience with the Geek Squad but these guys were outstanding. They were very professional, knowledgeable, polite, patient, and answered a millon questions. We are very happy with our purchase and install.

    The geek installed my new AT&T Wifi box.

    The agent set up a new wifi expertly. It wouldn’t work because I don’t have fiber and AT&T sent the wrong wifi box, one that requires fiber. So the agent reconnected my old box until I could get the correct box.

    FANTASTIC SERVICE THE GEEK SQUAD CAME IN AND LOOKED AT MY TV AND IT WAS FIXED IN LESS THAN IT HAD TAKEN THE TIME FOR THE MAN TO TAKE OFF HIS SHOES, I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND THE GEEK SQUAD THEY ARE GREAT

    Excellent service. Matteo came out and installed my 55" frame tv and did the set up and explained how to use the remote and was very patient. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and does his job very well.

    Trouble Shot sound bar

    Needed to trouble shoot why sound bar would go mute for seconds then sound would come back on. Technician stated it was my cable box but my cable box wouldn’t shut down,

    The agents arrived early (after calling to confirm this was ok). they socially distanced and quickly determined what the issue was. I couldn't synchronize the TV controller after I had switched out the WiFi system. They were in an out in a short period of time. Very professional and courteous.
