The Squad verified that a HDMI port was bad and took the necessary steps to get the tv up and running. Explained the warranty options. And then showed us some additional features we had not been using.

This was a second visit, as the first time a “third party” was sent and they were completely unprofessional, no identification, knew absolutely nothing about the equipment I have. The two Geek Squad technicians that came to my home were very professional and took care of everything.

Tech tried to correct all my issues with sound system, but had no luck. Did streamline my remotes and made controlling electronics easier. Worth the money if you have lots of components remotely controlled. Could have done more if I was prepared to show him other products purchased I had connected yet.
