My ISP has been on the struggle bus. Though, very appreciate of Geeksquad and in-store representatives (Micah & Miguel) doing everything they can to help schedule adjustments & products that work around the problems of my ISP.

The agent was very knowledgeable, proffessional, courteous, friendly, helpful. Would like to request this agent for any needs in the future he was absolutely excellent !!!

The agents quickly diagnosed my problem as a default in the remote. They switched it over to one i had and it solved my problem.

The Geek Squad technician paired my sound bar with the television easily and showed me how to operate several of the features I was unaware that I had.

The task was well known and they were able to do the things necessary to get my newly acquired TV supplier. It did not take long and every TV in my home was ready for what was next.

Eady to set appointment. Tech texted and showed up on time. Was able to resolve issue with my Sonos setup and provide tips for future use and upgrades.

Andrew, of the “Geek squad” integrated all of my components. He then followed up to make sure everything was working properly. FOUR other people came out, prior to him, and DID NOTHING.

Delivery was adequate however the in home service was chaotic. I was not informed on what was need prior to delivery like a washer pan needed to fit under the washer and a plumber has to install it, and the size pan needed for the washer. Greek will not install the above so your options is send washer back or take delivery to a holding area in your house. The phone contact with Various associates was sometimes painful holding for 30 minutes or more while waiting on and possibly transferred to someone else and repeating the questions over again with everyone having different answers. Efforts were made but a very frustrating process for the customer.

The agent connected my TV, programmed my channels, he was very professional, and answered my questions, thank you for your patience and assistance.

Josh was amazing. He is knowledgeable, gets right to work, does his job without any hesitation, answered questions politely without judgment. Wish I could put him on speed dial.

I been having issues with my smart tv. At times it just disconnect from the internet. The Geek Squad came to the rescue and fixed the problem in just few minutes. The young man was very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks

They the Geek squad did a great job fixing my problem.

Austin was on time along with another Geek Squad staff, Tom. The two of them worked in tandem and fixed all of the items which I was having problems with.

These guys are fantastic! They fixed the DVD player, hooked up my super fancy record player and got the dimmer for the HUE lights connected and working. Oh, and did I mention he found the little shelf holder thing that had fallen and fixed the shelf that was half falling in the entertainment cabinet. Couldn't be happier!
