Geek Squad always knowledgeable and efficient. Unfortunately I believe that turning off my soundbar caused me to loose the pairing to the rear channel speakers! I also learned that the same thing was true for the the pair of HomePod speakers that were paired to my iPad.

The agent set up a new wifi expertly. It wouldn’t work because I don’t have fiber and AT&T sent the wrong wifi box, one that requires fiber. So the agent reconnected my old box until I could get the correct box.

The agent was very nice and helpful, Unfortnately the adjustments made to the tv did not resolve the issues with the sound bar. we're thinking the problem is a compatability issue between the sound bar and tv.

The tech quickly saw the problem my TV was having and reported it as defective so that I could get a replacement. Without the Geek Squad warranty I would have has to pay $2000 for a new TV, but it was all covered by the plan.

Agent quickly set up my mesh router and put the satellite routers so I could get the maximum coverage. He ensured all of my devices were connected and set up the eero app on my iPhone and explained how to use it. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Definitely a satisfied customer.
