The technician who came to my house was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He solved the problem I was having and left me very satisfied with Geek Squad service.

Jessica was great. She got everything working very quickly and was super friendly. She explained everything that she did and even cleaned up the small amount of debris from messing with can speakers in ceiling.

Andrew, of the “Geek squad” integrated all of my components. He then followed up to make sure everything was working properly. FOUR other people came out, prior to him, and DID NOTHING.

Kody, as always, did a great job installing the swivel TV stand and new LG TV in my bedroom. Kody is always professional, personable and obviously very competent at his job.

Agent was able to fix various remotes so they worked correctly with TV, cable and receiver. Also checked speakers to make sure they were hooked up correctly.

Removed the old 65 inch LG flat screen TV and installed new OLED Samsung 65 inch flat screen. Connected my Samsung sound bar. Incredible vivid color and surround sound. Didn't know how much I was missing.

The Geek Squad agent repaired the surround sound pairing issues quickly.

Troy was kind enough to give us his cell and came back the next day after the problem resurfaced. He came back with Andy who was able to resolve the issue! Very happy with the service.
