The Tech Agent came to connect our smart LG TV to our home internet we just had installed. He was very efficient in connecting them and in showing us how to navigate the settings.

We have had good Geek Squad technicians in the past but Armondo is your best employee at Best Buy. You should promote him to head of Geek Squad.

Had problems with setup on a new TV. The guys from Geek Squad were able to take the time to re-boot everything and then spend time with me and my wife explaining the intricacies of the new 'Smart' TV.

Theo and Caleb are excellent professionals. My new TV and "Apple TV" were delivered on time. They very professionally assembled the TV, Sound Bar, Apple TV and Comcast Cable Box. They answered all of my questions. And made sure I could comfortably use my "new TV features". They are a very valuable asset to your Geek Squad Team.

Delivery was adequate however the in home service was chaotic. I was not informed on what was need prior to delivery like a washer pan needed to fit under the washer and a plumber has to install it, and the size pan needed for the washer. Greek will not install the above so your options is send washer back or take delivery to a holding area in your house. The phone contact with Various associates was sometimes painful holding for 30 minutes or more while waiting on and possibly transferred to someone else and repeating the questions over again with everyone having different answers. Efforts were made but a very frustrating process for the customer.
