The Geek Squad agents, arrived timely and were clean. They listen to my issues (problems) and within a few minutes they corrected it and explained it to me to where I could understand Thank you please keep these agents on.

Agent was able to fix various remotes so they worked correctly with TV, cable and receiver. Also checked speakers to make sure they were hooked up correctly.

The agents were here and on time. They went to work SNF completed service promptly. Showed me how to operate the TV Excellent

We had been having trouble programming TV remote. GS guys came by and after about an hour of trouble shooting they figured it out and programmed our remote. All work fabulously!

Ordinarily I am a huge skeptic of warranties, service plans, etc. but my Total Tech membership is simply fantastic. it has paid for itself already with discounts and service. Geek Squad visit was quick and no charge!

Agent evaluated my system and set up the blue Ray player and Roku streaming stick to my system. Also counseled me on "Cutting the cord" on cable... Over all it was the best experience I've ever had with the Geek Squad ! Seamless and pleasant and very informative!

GRRREAT service repair. Easy to schedule, and uncomplicated from start to finish, with my sound bar issue being resolved. Whew! Love it!

Agent/Rep came at 6pm and did a great job replacing our old TV with our new TV which required some time to also add the streaming apps, adjusting existing support surfaces for the larger footprint. Very through and patient with us.

I bought 2 Sony TVs, sound bars and sub-woofers. The Geek squad did a terrific job setting everything up, and teaching this tech-challenged, old guy how to use it all!

The techs helped set up apps. Then showed us how to access. We’re polite, knowledgeable, and quite patient with us. Wish they could be here every week to keep guiding us.
