Our Geek Squad representative, Luke, was very helpful in sorting out our AV system problems. He spent extra time and patience to ensure that we understood everything he was doing and how we could duplicate it and maintain the desired performance. Friendly and professional - top notch. The agents arrived early (after calling to confirm this was ok). they socially distanced and quickly determined what the issue was. I couldn't synchronize the TV controller after I had switched out the WiFi system. They were in an out in a short period of time. Very professional and courteous.
