Had problems with setup on a new TV. The guys from Geek Squad were able to take the time to re-boot everything and then spend time with me and my wife explaining the intricacies of the new 'Smart' TV.

The tech fixed the sound bar issues and got everything working the way it was supposed to. I couldn't be more pleased.
