I believe I reviewed this already but to reiterate, Best Buy/geek squad, provide excellent service. I had Tandy and Derek and they were both very knowledgeable and very professional.

The installation of a meshed router was quickly done. The GS person consulted with us about our use our TVs and streaming. Give us a great result. GS person was curtious.

Agent Gianni was on time and very patient with our questions and there were many. Techology is getting more and more difficult to manuever. Would certainly want this Geek Squad Agent to help us in the future!

2/14/23. The Tech Associates who conducted the "troubleshooting (TS)" aspect of my home did a great job, which resulted in my making several significant, positive changes and decisions!

Tony did a great job solving a variety of tech issues for us. He was very knowledgeable, flexible, and easy-going. He really seems to enjoy helping people. We enjoyed the time he spent with us and the results of his efforts.

Brock was not only timely and efficient but a really nice and friendly guy. Respectful of my time and very knowledgeable. He fixed my problems very quickly. I would not hesitate to request him again.

Geek squad came in and troubleshoot my ring doorbell. I did not understand how to make it remote and the geek squad did it and explained everything to me. I am very happy with the Geek squad. Will always be a total tech member!

It took a while but the techs fixed my problem. They called me twice the following week to make sure everything was ok. Great service!

the agents mounted my tv and programmed it to pare with the fios remote. They forgot to tell me that I need a 4k cdmi cable in order to get 4k reception.

EXCELLENT! On time; they even "narrowed" the time-period as it became closer. Also, technicians responded helpfully to any of my questions. (I'm 86 and usually have a lot of those)!
