It took several days to get an appointment. The guys were unable to help with my sound bar so I had them take it to recycle.

Geek Squad came to my house to evaluate my tv for possible repair. They came the next day and did not charge me for this service.

Justin & Sam did a great job of diagnosing my problem and replacing the component needed to fix it...which they had with them!

The technicians were great. After explaining the issue I was having with the sound system in my office, they knew exactly what to do, and fixed it right away.

Ordinarily I am a huge skeptic of warranties, service plans, etc. but my Total Tech membership is simply fantastic. it has paid for itself already with discounts and service. Geek Squad visit was quick and no charge!

Delivery was adequate however the in home service was chaotic. I was not informed on what was need prior to delivery like a washer pan needed to fit under the washer and a plumber has to install it, and the size pan needed for the washer. Greek will not install the above so your options is send washer back or take delivery to a holding area in your house. The phone contact with Various associates was sometimes painful holding for 30 minutes or more while waiting on and possibly transferred to someone else and repeating the questions over again with everyone having different answers. Efforts were made but a very frustrating process for the customer.

Geek Squad is great. They are very helpful in answering the tech questions. They installed our TV quickly and very patient and friendly technician.

The Geek Squad agents, arrived timely and were clean. They listen to my issues (problems) and within a few minutes they corrected it and explained it to me to where I could understand Thank you please keep these agents on.

The agents were able to get our surround sound working again after changing a few settings. They also showed us new options on our TV. Prompt, great customer service, very friendly and very knowledgable.

Kirk was beyond amazing with his customer service and knowledge that he provided! He solved a problem that I had been experiencing for a while in a short amount of time!

They were quick and knowledgeable on what was wrong. The guys literally took only like 20 min. The whole system wouldn’t work properly after a power surge.

Installed and configured my new lg c1 and added additional speakers and upgraded AVR to my system. Concealing the speaker wires for my 2 new atmos height speakers was challenging but they pulled it off nicely. Patient and thourough. Great job!

It was a very fine experience. Deshawn was knowledgeable and skilled, and he could get down to all the outlets -- but I think that $50.00 per light to automate is far too much a cost. I suggest $25.00 for each is much more fair,

The agent synced our remote to the soundbar but a few hours later his work didn’t last so we’re back at square one
