The squad connected everything to our new TV. Our internet keeps dropping the streaming features

Purchased an open box Sony OLED A80J that kept changing picture settings and what was the last hdmi input that was used. The agent fixed what I thought was a major issue…but it was just in demo mode:)

Geek Squad technicians evaluated the loss of sound in my TV, and resolved it by resetting the source of sound in my system. This was done efficiently and relatively quickly.

The 2 Geek guys who came were friendly and really tried a lot of things to help make our sound bar work. In the end, they recommended we return the bar and get something else......which we did!

Geek squad came out twice to assist. Both professional and courteous. Second team member was top notch! We kept his card.

He did find where two connections needed reconnected & placed the sound bar back on the wall. The sound bar did come loose from one of the hooks soon after he left, but I was able to fix it.

He was more knowledgeable then the person who set uo tge tv and the customer I spokebto on the phone to resolve the problem from total tech. most of them dont know have the knowledge.

The squad logically troubleshot and fixed an audio problem between our new TV and the JBL sound bar. Haven’t had an issue since! Great job guys!

Netflix keeps losing connection or the tv keeps losing internet connection. It is aggravating to have to reset this. I've cleared the cache and I've reset the internet connection. Still the tv will not connect to Netflix at times. I wish I had known this.

Very good technical individual. He helped me a lot. Even tho I am a technical person my self, my electronic training go's back (50) plus years. I try to keep current but that's a lot of new training.

The technicians were great. After explaining the issue I was having with the sound system in my office, they knew exactly what to do, and fixed it right away.

Very courteous and fixed issue in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.
