Geek squad agent fixed my sound bar perfectly!

THEY WROTE OUT MY INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW ON ACCESSING NETFLIX …. I’VE HAD A MASSIVE STROKE WITH MEMORY PROBLEMS SO THEY WENT SLOWLY AND LEFT ME NOTES TO FOLLOW…. THEY ARE TRUE ANGELS AND HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY…. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GEEK SQUAD ADMINISTERS SHOULD RECOGNIZE THEIR PERFORMANCE….. EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES

Geek Squad nice but left me disconnected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They were nice but they kept telling me how to do the things and not the things I didn’t know how to do. I haven’t been able to use my tv set up as far as stations like Fox because as they left I realized I did not know how to connect with Fox News which was supposed to be on Sling. I knew more about the streaming services and they did show me how to connect a movie on Amazon but I do not know how to connect on screen to the left side alphabet. I know it’s something simple but I have been listening to the late night radio since they left. I tried to get the tech person I know could help from Best Buy but that is impossible. I canceled the tech person for tomorrow because I have had no communication from Best Buy about the time. Also, when the cable was diy my one tv turned blue. As I say they were nice but we spent most of the time registering because I’m not the usual NetFlix soap opera person

She walked me through multiple updates to try to fix my remote issue. I am not technically gifted so I appreciate her patience with me. She never made me feel bad. We weren’t able to get the issue corrected so she scheduled a in home visit with a Best Buy Geek Squad technician. The issue was resolved within the visit.

Geek Squad Expertly Troubleshoots Old Sound System

They troubleshooted a very outdated sound system with oodles of wires and speakers to make it work, in the home that we recently purchased. I am looking forward to working with them to modernize the equipment in the house this year.

Tyler conducted troubleshooting on my home theater

He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately the issue was my tv but he gave me recommendations on a new set and gave me guidelines to stay with my already existing components.

There are major process of the of root causzation. getting cut apart by getting the right part delivered at t he wrong time or bringing the freezr out from Louisville warehouse towards Mt Sterling in mileage . When asked the freezer was to go with the order to find out, thay we were moving the freezer that was on hold on 2 different date but yet,they returned with another freezer which was the last thing, we just wanted to install one everything inside the house. Since they were 1 item per trip for delivery to the residence. The garage feeled & was packed with boxes on the floor, yet the last time they tried to deliver hold freezer until we get a motival approval on what to do. So they got instructions from the interview. This entire situation if a double or tripple costs, gm needs to take a tour for delivers in 12 hrs & see what inhibites

Best installation of Home Theater by Nicholas
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great job.Nicholas installed our Sonos Arc soundbar carefully.He explained how it works and how to use it for optimal performance.He was very courteous and patient in answering our questions.He was very knowledgeable about the workings of Home Theater systems in general and we are enjoying our home theater system because he took the time to teach us how to use it.

Geek Squad service 4K TV

By doing this The 5.1 came back the life without cutting out when turning up the volume.

Good to be a total tech member

Because I have total tech, Best Buy immediately exchanged it with a new LG which now continues to perform perfectly there was no hassle and no questions. Perhaps it could have been fixed but I was able to get satisfaction with a new TV. I would not let my total tech status lapse

Made an appointment for a day later in the week that the tech was available to come. However, another tech called later and said he was available to come this evening of my call instead and helped me troubleshoot my connectivity. Really appreciate the super quick response time so I can continue on my business while working from home. Thank you!

Greatest stuff EVER!!!

He was sharp, patient, and did multiple scenario tests on my new TVs and Apple TV boxes. He walked me through his logic and it all was explained so well that I was able to contact Xfinity and get their issue fixed by using the Geek Squad tests as my evidence that it was all their end.

Geek Squad to the Rescue!

Geek Squad (and our Total Tech membership!) to the rescue! Erek (agent) did some resetting and tweaking that yielded an excellent picture. He also explained how on a Sony TV, brightness adjusts the black level and contrast adjusts the white level.

Geek Squad Home Tech Joe 5 stars In store I miss

I am not happy that you changed your program that I’ve paid for the past 5 or 6 years and got very little benefit from. My rewards were mostly wiped out the first few years although I called several times to bank them. Then you changed the plan and inky give a percentage off home install and I had to pay to have the install completed after buying 5 or 6 or more big screen smart lg TV’s. Also regarding your credit card…it’s difficult to reach a human for assistance and I wish I was able to hear more than 5 transactions on the automated telephone service. Sincerely, K K
