    The trouble was with blue ray player. A couole of different options were presented. Techs were very knowledgeable, but i have not made a decision yet.

    Troubleshooting a sound bar issue

    Issue was identified and use of the sound equipment was made easier using only 2 remotes for man with blindness & hearing issues. Simplification seems to be working better so far.

    The 2 Geek guys who came were friendly and really tried a lot of things to help make our sound bar work. In the end, they recommended we return the bar and get something else......which we did!

    Reconnection of loose wires to my tv

    He did find where two connections needed reconnected & placed the sound bar back on the wall. The sound bar did come loose from one of the hooks soon after he left, but I was able to fix it.

    Extensive work performed to assess a TV failure possibly related to a prior install, but discovered that the problem was a Samsung product / software failure (bluescreening).

    Agent evaluated my system and set up the blue Ray player and Roku streaming stick to my system. Also counseled me on "Cutting the cord" on cable... Over all it was the best experience I've ever had with the Geek Squad ! Seamless and pleasant and very informative!

    Excellent service. The issue was new to the Geeks, but they persisted until the sound bar functioned correctly. They even went over how to handle the issue should it occur again.

    Purchased an open box Sony OLED A80J that kept changing picture settings and what was the last hdmi input that was used. The agent fixed what I thought was a major issue…but it was just in demo mode:)

    Develin's trouble-shooting was excellent. Only one of our speakers in our ceiling worked. He installed a new Denon receiver and now all 5 speakers and our wolfer work perfectly. The system sounds great. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
