    The trouble was with blue ray player. A couole of different options were presented. Techs were very knowledgeable, but i have not made a decision yet.

    Helped mount TV. Still don't get 4K not sure what is going on. At this time I am not pursuing issue. Kind of figuring out since not getting out what i paid for,

    Geek Squad trouble shooting.

    Geek Squad came to my house to evaluate my tv for possible repair. They came the next day and did not charge me for this service.

    Tech was courteous and knowledgeable; on time and took care of the issues we were having with our home theater system. He was referred by Grant Akers and we appreciate it. We had to wait a month but I would wait again for this king of service and knowledge.

    The tech was obviously well trained and knowledgeable but more importantly than that he was also highly experienced so he brought a wealth of knowledge to getting my system working again.

    The young man stayed in touch about his arrival time. He was very nice, intelligent, and explained the problem. Channel 2-1 has since come back.

    Fantastic service! Although we are waiting for our tech to get back with us on the new Samsung TVs. Something about a new technology that took over Samsung Plasma. Hoping to hear back. No real big hurry. He was a great tech!

    Jared did a great job understand what the problem was & quickly moved to a solution. He did a job explaining why it wasn't working & what was needed to get it fixed. He was very patient & took the time necessary so I knew what was going on. Great experience because of Jared.

    The Geek Squad did an excellent job of figuring out our surround system and fixing it to our complete satisfaction. Also gave pointers on how to access certain features

    We had a great experience. It ended up being a wifi issue and not a tv issue. The tech gave us a good lesson on the wifi and then showed us how make some app adjustments. He also advised us on how to boost the wifi

    After my new TV purchase and install I noticed the volume was'nt woking through my Onyonko reciever as before. The installer said my new tv required an optical cord. Before the new tv i used a high end HDMI cord . which was already set up ,inside the wall now i have a cord exposed. I am not sure but he said the optical cord was better than the HDMI. Not what i found when i researched the two. would have given them 2 stars but the installer gave me the cord .

    The Geek Squad did their best trouble shooting my sounder issue. Unfortunately the issue was resolved only temporarily. The sound bar continues to sporadically lose connection. Replacement seems to be our next option.
