A number of days have passed, no response received. My issues remain. Note: I've purchased the new part. Also, your technician was great.

The agents cleared up a complete mess we had with new Direct TV on two of our new LG tvs. These guys are genius and I highly recommend them!

The technicians solved my sound problem by removing the sound bar. Also, now the cable TV box stays on all the time on both of my TV's.
