    My total tech membership has paid for itself a hundred times over. For the price you will not find a better bargain especially if your equipment malfunctions. Buy this yesterday.

    Home visit May 25th

    We thought the intent of the home-visit was to reset universal remote controller back to the default position. Presently the controller still requires user to manually clear the 'remote assistance page error' on the navigation screen. This error prevents usage of various apps/buttons until the assistance page error is cleared via the EXIT button. It works, but would like it reset to the default positions as presented upon initial set-up. This is Charlene's son, Cliff here typing this critique.

    It worked out, The Geek Squad got the job done! I am using the remote without any trouble. The previous one had been very difficult for along time, so this turned things around.

    Chris the geek Squad agent installed my ring camera and installed solar panels to both ringdoorbell cameras. Chris also checked my sideyard camera's SD card to make sure it was installed correctly.

    The agent from Geek Squad installed my sonos subwoofer and trouble shot my inability to download my xfinity app to take advantage of my new smart tv, great job,as the sam sung app was the preliminary issue.

    I have Google mesh throughout my house and wanted to verify that all were working well. I had recently added two more units. One was not 100% but he connected it correctly and when he left I was confident that our WiFi was covering the entire house nicely.

    Geek squad fixed my security cameras setup

    Best Buy technician fixed my Arlo security setup so my 3 cameras can all have charging in tact. One by solar and two directly plugged into my outdoor electric outlets. Thanks he did this quickly.
