    The eeros devices were recommended by the agents that installed my 3 eeros devices and we're very knowledgeable about the installation. So far I have fabulous internet. Having the geek squad service is great.

    He was more knowledgeable then the person who set uo tge tv and the customer I spokebto on the phone to resolve the problem from total tech. most of them dont know have the knowledge.

    The agent did a great job organizing and improving our audio from our 82inch Samsung TV operation. The audio problem was resolved and his suggestions for operation saved us money!

    The Geek Squad agent came to my home to troubleshoot my TV but not able to reset the TV. Apparently one or more of the boards could be the culprit. Anyway, he advised me on my options.

    Put a screen cover on my cell phone. He was polite & accurate. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Jessica fixed my tv & remote & explained everything she did. Very happy with her

    This wasn't a home theater, but the gentleman fixed my TV and explained the problem. Also ck'd the remotes for me. Courteous and pleasant. Answered all my questions.

    The technicians solved my sound problem by removing the sound bar. Also, now the cable TV box stays on all the time on both of my TV's.

    Great service. The technician spent a lot of time to make sure the problem was resolved. He also explained everything he had to do and made sure I was comfortable with the results. More businesses should have this level of customer service.

    The agent was really a nice guy, but! We got no instruction on how to make sure hius rix would work, and what o edo ifr it didn't. I suspect that to be because he recommended a new remote from the cable provider, but not I have problems again with the sound and I still don't know how to fix it.
