Great service, and very good at what they do and they repair it very fast, and at a very low price would recommend this to anyone that needs work done. My laptop would not let me on the internet thought that I would need a new one but they said it could be fixed. Thank goodness that I didn't need a hammer.

They were able to do the one TV but not the other. We are going to try to do it with a firestick purchased from Best Buy and see if we can do it.

I called them and they help with tv problem over the phone. Only oriblem was tge tv diesnt want to work correctly but in the day tv was sppose to cind it was fine.

When I couldn't figure out how to get the sound from the TV, the Geek Squad folks figured it out in about 5 minutes. I had been playing with the remotes for over an hour with no success. Thanks again!

The agents came to my home by and figured out that the plug in my new TV was bad and made sure to get it fixed and hooked up another tv so I could have something to watch til they got my big one fixed

The agents replaced the projector bulb and helped me get the universal remote working again. They also better aligned the projector for me.

Couldn't get sound through my sound bar. All they had to do was resync the sound bar to the TV took about 20 minutes. I thank the guys from Geek Squad they were great,,,Thanks again

We kept getting disconnected for one of our six cameras. We called tech support and they were not able to tell us what to do over the phone so the service call was put in. Matt came and solved our problem quickly and also told us what we can do if it happens again in the future.
