The gentleman that came out was very nice and I appreciate him trying to help. Its the fact that my TV, which was a few weeks over a year old so manufacturers warranty was up, went bad. I purchased Total Tech a couple months back when I purchased my dishwasher so it didn't cover the TV. I now have to replace the TV. The service was great its the overall experience I'm not pleased with.

Best Buy technician fixed my Arlo security setup so my 3 cameras can all have charging in tact. One by solar and two directly plugged into my outdoor electric outlets. Thanks he did this quickly.

Technician was on time and professional in addressing my issue. He even provided an easy solution (double sided tape) to improve wireless Ethernet port.

They were able to do the one TV but not the other. We are going to try to do it with a firestick purchased from Best Buy and see if we can do it.
