Agent determined possibilities for providing the display of Sonos in another home area. More knowledgeable than store employees.

The gentleman that came out was very nice and I appreciate him trying to help. Its the fact that my TV, which was a few weeks over a year old so manufacturers warranty was up, went bad. I purchased Total Tech a couple months back when I purchased my dishwasher so it didn't cover the TV. I now have to replace the TV. The service was great its the overall experience I'm not pleased with.

This was a fairly easy appt, we had two TV's taken out by lightning and just wanted to confirm our suspicions, which the technician did, we'll be buying the replacements from Best Buy!

I purchased a Roku stick to replace my old Roku device that was over 10 years old. Then I could no longer receive any broadcast channels. Phone call with the Geek Squad did not help. I had to pay $100 to have the Geek Squad come to my home a couple of weeks later and they were able to restore my previous TV service. I was told an approximate time of arrival and they were very efficient for the short time they were here to solve my problem.

The Geek Squad Tech came equipped with all of his tools, professional, and Knowledgeable about installing the tv to wall. Only could mount tv to studs in wall, tv not centered as desired.

The guys were so awesome. They came in and went right to work, syncing my TV and soundbar and the lipsync delay, and were done in about 30 minutes. Then they took the time to show me how it's done. Love that!

The two agents installed the new television mount and Television accurately and quickly. Both agents were polite, professional and helpful.

The squad (I think it was Matt and Jimmy?) fixed our sound system, which was not working well with tv programs. They also balanced the surround sound and the subwoofer. Very satisfied with their prompt, professional service.
