    The agents were friendly and helpful. I have poor wifi distribution throughout my home so they recommended a EERO wifi extender which made all the difference.

    Kyle solved a problem with our router and televisions. He also connected our devices to the internet. His work was much appreciated!! Kyle was also a good listener and very easy to work with.

    Having to call and reach someone over seas is a pain and most of the guys who showed up were lousy only a few which was the same guy was helpful and took his time as for the other guys who had to come out to my home to help with my Bose acted like they were in a hurry and didn’t seem interested in helping waste of money

    Geek Squad quickly fixed my smart tv connection

    The Wi-Fi connection on my smart tv stopped working but you were able to connect it with a cable, so crisis averted and I didn’t have to buy a new tv.
