    The Geek Squad Team Member was very professional & patient. He tried for over 1 hour to bring my 10 year old Sony Bravia Home Theater reciever back to life. Since my Sony Bravia TV is still in excellent condition, he suggested some good options for my Surround Sound.

    Aaron called to apprise me of his expected arrival time and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and not o my found multiple problems with my Marantz’s programming but the LG OLED TV too. He calibrated my HT and the picture and 7.1 surround sounds awesome now best $100 I’ve spent in a long time. Highly recommended!

    Our two agents helped setup an already existing Sonos surround sound speaker system and were so friendly and helpful. They helped us download the Sonos app and gave us a full tutorial of how everything works. Am very happy that we can finally have music streaming all throughout the house!

    The agent and his assistant arrived on time and went to work diagnosing my issue(s). They eventually came up with a solution which involved updating & resetting the TV and Receiver and showed me how they set the Receiver to the best setting for my Atmos system. The problem is, it re-occurred several days later, at least I know how to do the 'reset' and change the setting, but I seem to have an issue with the SONY receiver. Not the fault of the service guys, but I cannot be absolutely sure that the Receiver is the problem. I may have to swap out/trade up to a new receiver, hopefully I can get some credit for this unit when I do.

    Geek Squad installed and paired them with my Samsung "smart" TV,and they worked GREAT. My problem was the default volume was too loud, and the volume control switch is difficult to find. I did something wrong and they stopped working

    The agent that came listened to my problem, looked at my older receiver and told me that all I had to do was to use an optical cable since I had no HDMI connections on it. That immediately sent the sound through my system and because it is digital is so much better than it was before. He had the optical cable in the truck and was gone in less than 30 minutes!

    The tech arrive and asked me what was the problem. explained taht I was not getting sound from my receiver attatched to my tv. After checking the amplifier he worked on the tv. He came to the concusio that I needed a external connection to get the ytem to work. Problem resolved.

    The agents, configured my new TV to work with my DVD & VCR units and configured it so that I could receive Pandora. Took a look at my Compact Radio, CD player snd Tape player. Thought it was sorted buy still have some problems. Will try to bring it in for recheck. Very competent and pleasant.

    I wish I could remember his name . . . the technician who came to troubleshoot my Sonos issues was wonderful. He figured out the issue and took care of it. He was kind, courteous, and very helpful! This would be a 5-star review if I hadn't had such trouble with the actual scheduling. I told the rep that my yoga studio had classes the morning of the service and that the tech would not be able to access the equipment until 10:30 a.m. She said the tech would call and I could firm up the time with them. The morning of the service, I hadn't heard from anyone, and I was trying to get ahold of customer service to no avail. It all worked out in the end, but the tech did have to wait a while for my class to finish.

    We had an issue with one of our speakers and the Geek Squad tech (Lance) pulled out all the stops in trying to find the problem. It wound up being what you would least expect - a bad wire - he replaced it and got the system working great.

    Anthony came out to run a diagnostic on our TV. He called ahead of time to narrow down the time of arrival, & called the day of arrival to let me know when he was on the way. He showed up! He took time to try to diagnose the problem, searching for error codes, etc. Even searched the brand & made some calls for any notices, etc. Was very professional, respectful, courteous, & informative. Because no codes pointed to the problem, he advised us on what to do next. I appreciate all his help & guidance. (I would recommend Geek Squad to a friend, except for the tv repairman! Anthony was great! The "tv repairman" never showed; never called; found out he ordered parts w/o ever stepping into my home to know the full scope of the problem or to know what part I did or did not need; continuously made appts w/o my knowledge & still did not show. I've used Geek Squad for years. I've never been so very, very disappointed. May have lost a good customer due to this - Geek Squad & Best Buy!)

    You guys once my TV is expired. I will be purchasing an edition and I will sell the TV or just buy a new one because I love them. They cover every TV in the house also all appliances as long as you buy them through. Then when she's no problem through me? I recommend them because they are on time but honestly it's so cheap. And for such great service why wouldn't you? If you're going to spend all this money on this expensive appliance or electronic or whatever you're? Buying. Then? Please for the love of God, also for your sake. Purchase the protection.. God just for them to come out even if you think your TV is falling. Or anything I have. The? 75. Inch TV they have help me move 2 times for free that means packaging back in the Box. Make sure you keep your TV Box if you get a large tv because, They Don't pack it. That save me 2 Service calls for nothing. All free or else would have been $99 minimum.
