    Removed all the bloatware pre-loaded on HP computers, updated software and installed Chrome, installed anti-virus and transferred data from old Mac computer to new one. Plugged it in to review items with me when I picked it up. Easy to work with the agents and job well done.

    I needed a repair person to verify the problem with my tv so that I could make a claim. They came out and saw the problem and provided documentation. Too bad I had to pay a service call fee. However, as a member of Geek Squad total tech I got the service for half price.
