Knowledgeable and very helpful. The only problem is scheduling. Once I call for assistance (usually something I need fixed sooner than later), my appointment is usually 1-2 weeks out.

The Geek Squad installed a new universal remote the turns on all of my components through closed doors on the cabinet. It was a quick easy install and the technician really knew what he was doing.

Excellent service from James. He checked everything we requested and explained in detail our problem. He helped us understand in a layman’s term, why we couldn’t use our headphones and our new sound bar.

The techs showed me how to operate the sound bar with the various button on top -- the original installers failed to do this...

I needed a router that would send the wifi signal through exterior walls so I could get wifi to my garage. Of course I also had to buy a wifi extender also but I knew I would have to do that. Now I have great wifi signal in my house as well as getting great service in my garage.
