The agents checked out the surround sound system in our family room and made some corrections to the settings on our receiver so our sound was a little better. They were very polite and thorough.

The tech came out and made sure that my sound bar was working correctly. It had not been connecting to me tv. He was very courteous and helpful.

They do a good job BUT it is hard to book two separate appointments with my busy schedule. I wish their agents could solve computer problems and AVR problems in one visit rather than two separate events (and charges)

The service was simple for the geek squad but not for us so we are verry happy with the service.

Second time using them, but more speakers Provided wires banana plugs, and installed ceiling speakers. Tested surround speakers, sound much better.
