    Second time using them, but more speakers Provided wires banana plugs, and installed ceiling speakers. Tested surround speakers, sound much better.

    I had tried to coordinate new TV, BR player, and Bose 500 sound bar. In frustration, finally broke down and called GK. I was at work, but wife was completely satisfied with professionalism and efficiency of the guys that came out. If mommy ain't happy....but she was happy.

    I made my first call to the Geek Squad for a problem I was having pulling up saved Documents. My wait time was only a few minutes and my problem was quickly solved. The tech explained what I should do and made sure I understood. I was completely satisfied! So much easier than bothering my children!
