I couldn’t be happier, they came out and updated my software show me how to use the app and turn my stereo on and go to the music source I like. And also another way to do it.

The agent reset the input controls on our TV, enabling us to play our DVDs as before. This resolved our problem.

The Geek Squad is transferring information from my old computer to my new HP computer. The work was done in a timely manner. From working with Sam who took the computers in, to Will who explained how the new HP computer worked, everything was great.

The service was excellent. Not only did the tech rewire all systems, but he took the time to explain the entire process to me.

Ring w/Alexa. The agents were excellent. They took the time to help us with our passwords and how to use Alexa with the ring.
