    This was my first time having the Geek Squad come to my home and I did not know what to expect - especially with my limited technical knowledge ( TV issues). There was no reason for my anxiety - I was extremely pleased, The young woman who helped me on the phone understood my issues much more clearly than I expected from my garbled explanation. The lead technician, Frank, and his assistant Jason were terrific. Frank called me in advance to let me know his planned time window to arrive and then again when he was 20 minutes out. As he worked on remote pairing with the TV he explained all, answered my many questions, made suggestions about more efficient memory usage. He gave me time to try many things and helped me understand. He was very patient, and helpful without being condescending. Frank and Jason were both friendly, courteous and professional throughout the visit. They are excellent representatives of your company and service. The woman on the phone (so sorry that I did not save her name) and Frank and Jason make me happy that I went "total tech".

    The two techs came to the house and in no time figured out the problem with my TV / soundasound. Time to check into a new TV and systems. At least I know where I stand with my equipment. Need to update

    David,the tech, worked hard to connect our headphones for the hearing-impaired. Other Geek Squad techs who have been here so many times since I bought the TV six months ago, couldn't connect them.David was determined and worked hard and succeeded! He should be rewarded by the company for his expertise and work ethic.

    The representatives were polite and friendly. They demonstrated the basics of using my television and the associated applications. They explained clearly that not all channels offer Ultra High Def options, but told me some of the ones that did. They also showed me how to use the internet browser on my smart TV. They were far better than the first young man who installed the TV, Charles. His Partner, Nathan, would have done better alone. I would rather have had him. He tried to be polite and helpful, but Charles would not allow him. Charles was abusive to Nathan, mocked me in my own home, was condescending and rude, offered an insincere and insulting "apology" when told that he was deeply upsetting me. In the end, his behavior caused me to have a stroke from anxiety and upset.

    The agents were knowledgeable and helpful. They programed the tv that had been moved and was finally connected now that all the prep work was done. We couldn't get the tv on and within minutes they had it up and running.

    Logitech Remote troubleshooting

    The agent got my Logitech remote working again. Then he reviewed the activities to make sure all worked correctly with the remote, including TV, set top box, Blue Ray player, Pioneer receiver, etc. Agent is very knowledgeable.

    On time and quiet knowledgeable! Didn’t waste time to figure out what needed to be done. Didn’t waste our time upon completion by lingering about to tell “war stories”. Will definitely call on Geek Squad when in need of true professionals

    Our in home agents were Erik G and Erik M and they were both excellent, professional, above and beyond. We had two TVs here: one needed connect to wifi the other had a glitch setting so streaming service quit working. Both FIXED perfectly!

    Marantz AV receiver was malfunctioning audio. No sound from my new Sony TV. Within minutes a correct diagnosis was determined. The receiver needed a software update which was installed immediately. Squad tech and assistant were also in time. Great job.

    Greek Quad set up my surround system

    The agency connected my surround and told how to work my controller for the device.If had any problems with it just call and would come back out.He was very nice and explained everything to me.About the system.I would recommend him very highly

    young people were a little impatient. I didn't see the note to prepare for their visit so I didn't have the remote ready. I was pleased that they knew what they were doing. I am 82 so a little overwhelmed with current technology.

    Lexington KY Hamburg Geek Squad could not fix my computer in 5 attempts that I purchased there on 3/13/2021. It gave me issues with the wi fi disappearing over and over from day 1. It's a Dell 7506 2 in 1 which with the warranty and Office 365 I paid over $2 k. I asked for replacement or refund which they refused. I had issues getting them to call me which they didn't. They said they would send it Out to Louisville and didn't. The last time I had them work on it, I went to pick it up and it wouldn't work and all my applications were gone. I just left it there and they were to call me when done in a couple days and after a week they didn't. I tried several times to call them, but they weren't accepting calls and contacted Corporate ofc. They said it was ready to pick it up. When I opened it there was melted chocolate all over the key board. It still wouldn't connect continuous and I took it to a different wi fi spot and it wouldn't stay connected. Incompetent! I called Dell and they ran a memory check and it began rebooting a blue screen error over and over. Now they say because of the uninstall and reinstalls over 50 times the hardware is an issue and they are sending a tech to my home to fix what Best Buy Geek Squad messed up. Hard drive RAM Wireless Card and Mother Board. They also registered all my purchases under my wife's old account to which they misspelled so the email they created and my software they registered aren't even correct! Idiots!!!

    This servicing couldn’t have been more convenient. A Geek Squad member was here within 24 hours of my call. The person that came was fully knowledgeable of our Samsung smart tv and Samsung sound par. He solved the problem of our sound and picture being out of sync. He left a phone number for any follow up issues.

    The chili is great, but I am having a problem come to find out however, that my apps need work and that it’s a problem from the factory. The picture has been great and I’m sure they’ll figure this out

    I purchased a printer and installed it but I missed some steps in the setup and the scanner piece of the printer wasn't connected to my computer. The representative who came to my home was extremely knowledgeable and knew what he was doing.

    I was having a problem connecting my Soundbar to my new TV, Set up a 'Troubleshoot' appointment with Totaltech. My Geek Squad Tech (Chris) was excellent! He diagnosed my problem and had it fixed in 10 minutes. Well worth the Totaltech subscription knowing that I have a 'Pro' like Chris for expert assistance.
