    Our technician, Hermes, was knowledgeable, courteous and exhibited extreme patience. You are very fortunate to have him in your employment. He hung in there until the problem was corrected. We are very grateful to have had Hermes as your representative.

    Okay after we got the original installer

    The original installer did a jam up job on my security system However you need to make sure that your squad are not afraid of height Because we had to wait 3 weeks to get a new camera installed because he was afraid of height

    geek squad member came a lot earlier than was previously expected so we were very happy about that. He fixed our problem with Alexa and had her working within 15 minutes which we really liked.

    I have used the Geek Squad for installations, service, and trouble shooting many times. I am never disappointed. The techs are always prompt, courteous, neat and clean, and, above all, knowledgeable. They solve problems and are happy to give instructions and answers to any questions.

    Presuming this was to get a recently purchased firestick to work, kudos to Sebastian (sp?). He let me know when he was arriving & updated, was friendly, courteous & knowledgeable.

    Agent verified the configurations in my TV and reciever and then the system worked. He didn't actually change any settings, so I have no idea why it suddenly startted working again, but I'm quite happy to give him the credit for fixing it.

    The guys that came out did a nice job but I had asked the person on the phone to make sure they brought out a new Ethernet cable as the existing one might be corrupted. On service day they did not have a cable so they made one from what they had in their service vehicle. Bravo for solving, but why-why-why were they not told to bring one since I specifically asked. So the 3-star rating is for the miscommunication, not for the performance of the crew that came out here.
