We have called the Geek squad many times for various installations. They are always helpful and work in a timely manner. All agents are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Agent verified the configurations in my TV and reciever and then the system worked. He didn't actually change any settings, so I have no idea why it suddenly startted working again, but I'm quite happy to give him the credit for fixing it.

Jack is absolutely the best. He does a great job advising and fixing any tech problem. He is so friendly and caring.

The guys that came out did a nice job but I had asked the person on the phone to make sure they brought out a new Ethernet cable as the existing one might be corrupted. On service day they did not have a cable so they made one from what they had in their service vehicle. Bravo for solving, but why-why-why were they not told to bring one since I specifically asked. So the 3-star rating is for the miscommunication, not for the performance of the crew that came out here.
