Horrible customer service

I am so disappointed I'm thinking of not renewing the annual Tech I signed up for. Communication with Best Buy is HORRIBLE!!! The choices don't apply to me when I go online so I have to call....BUT YOU CANT reach anyone by phone. So I have to DRIVE UP THERE to talk to someone. TRIED to make an in home appointment.....that was a joke. The acting manager at the store said appointment folks would call me the next day to SEE WHAT WOULD WORK FOR ME. But they only texted me and said when they would be there.......which was NOT convenient for me but I couldn't change it or talk to anyone. DROVE up there again to tell them that and asked to speak to someone about an appointment they said it is all done by corporate and they have no control. Definitely not recommending TECH to anyone,.

Repair

They accomplished that but after they left the vizio tv would turn on during the night. Called again and second person came. She said she fixed the problem but no tv still came on during the night. I decided to look at vizio web page trouble shooting and I followed their instructions completely & problem fixed by changing some tv options & getting new cord. NO more ghosts at our house!!
