Nick, Joshua and Joe installed new TV, URC remotes and A/V receiver and got both systems up and running.

I was having trouble with the harmony elite remote not always turning on/off all of the connected devices. Ken, from geek squad, re-positioned some of the devices and changed a couple of settings on the remote. Everything is now functioning properly.
