    The agents replaced the main board in my TV very quickly and efficiently. They took care in removing the TV from the wall mount, and in removing the back of the TV to access the part they needed to replace. They also explained what they were doing as they worked.

    I’m so happy with the work that Andre and Max did they are truly professionals they knew what they was doing made sure everything was done right took there time to explain how things works and would definitely recommend them or use them again for any installation

    Had problem with TV sound and also the hook up connections were not accessible. Geek staff fixed issues. They also pointed out that a TV stand would make adjusting the TV for audience viewing much easier. We agreed to the purchase and they installed it. Very pleased.

    The two techs came to the house and in no time figured out the problem with my TV / soundasound. Time to check into a new TV and systems. At least I know where I stand with my equipment. Need to update

    Daniel Padilla, Geek Squad-Torrance, provided outstanding service to resolve my printer issues satisfactorily. Daniel was very professional, knowledgable and efficient. He called in advance to better understand and troubleshoot, bringing out a replacement printer to my service call as he correctly determined my non-working but under-warranty printer would likely have to be replaced. Many kudos to Daniel!!!

    This appointment was made as a result of having to reschedule due to an error on the part of the Best Buy employee overseas who scheduled me for the wrong service. The technician who came out, Donavon Taylor, was fantastic and did an excellent job troubleshooting my home theater system.

    I had to have geek squad come out a second time. They did an amazing job it went above and beyond my expectation. They painted the wall where the first team scratched and they even touched up some there is around the house with the leftover paint. Thank you this is great customer service.

    A third party delivered my new tv. He was more worried about talking to his friend than explaining how my tv worked. Afterwards I got the geek squad to fix everything. I recommend using heed squad for everything

    The agents were knowledgeable and helpful. They programed the tv that had been moved and was finally connected now that all the prep work was done. We couldn't get the tv on and within minutes they had it up and running.

    “My” agents were fantastic. I’m over 80 so they had to explain everything. They fixed my problem, plus changed a few things to make it easier for me. I love Geek Squad.

    Logitech Remote troubleshooting

    The agent got my Logitech remote working again. Then he reviewed the activities to make sure all worked correctly with the remote, including TV, set top box, Blue Ray player, Pioneer receiver, etc. Agent is very knowledgeable.

    I be purchased a Sony TV 4 days ago. Everything was great including the gentleman who helped me. Angel at the Pleasant Hill store helped me pick out a Sony 65” tv, set up delivery the next day and he even talked me into extra coverage in case anything happened to it. He said it included any issues that came up, including accidental damage! Why wouldn’t you buy the extra coverage, right? Well the tv fell and broke within the first week but because they didn’t mount it there is nothing they can do. They also said because it’s a Sony, the screen cannot be prepared. Now, after 3 hours of my morning wasted by chatting and talking with multiple people from both Sony and Best Buy, I find out there is nothing that can be done. What made things even worse is the Geek Squad guy acted like he couldn’t care less. I am a retail manager and have worked in customer service for over 10 years.. I couldn’t imagine treating someone like I’ve been treated today. Terribly disappointed!

    Antione & Chris made a Geek Squad service call to my house to trouble shoot new remote and Roku fire stick I recently purchased. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s device like this that will keep my Total Tech membership active. I was quite pleased!!
