The agent address my issues by dismanging the bundle of wires on the back and routed them to the correct components. He made suggestions for the future and corrected the sound and operation of my entertainment center.

The agents worked with a difficult problem and even though it took longer than either of us had anticipated when they left my problem was fixed.

The agents were on time and pleasant. They reset my television, reprogrammed my remote, and calibrated my sound system. I messed it all up and they fixed it pronto! They also tutored me on how to fix it if I break it again lol!

I bought a new computer and the geek squad moved my things from my old to my new computer. Some agents are better than others.

Robert Haney, Jr. the Geek Squad Home Theater Agent, was beyond outstanding. If I had any doubts about the wisdom of subscribing to Geek Squad, they were immediate dispelled by Mr. Haney. I can only hope that other agents come close to his knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy. Thank you, Mr. Haney.

The Geek Squad did what I never could have done: diagnosed my Roku issue and then corrected it. My streaming was returned! I’m thinking about calling them again for a different stereo issue. It’s very worth it to be part of this service.

Did a great job determining problem caused by AT&T technician. Only negative was that the original appt was changed without our knowledge and getting through to someone at the store was nearly impossible. Once we reached someone she was rude and unapologetic. Fortunately the tech who came out was Great!!! He made up for all the negatives.

The Agent George updated the prior installation of my new LG TV and Bose sound bar. The original installation was incomplete and did not operate correctly. George was excellent!

Troubleshooting my picture on my sound was extremely helpful & now I can do it myself. It did take them a minute to figure out the problem but then they explained it all well enough that next time I can fix it myself!

The technicians did a thorough troubleshooting of my sound bar. They kept me informed of everything that was going on. I would recommend Patrick and Salvatore for any problems

Devin was great and did a good job and came back to fine tune the Roku and speaker. He was probably the best Geek Squad service tech I ever had work for me. I wish I could say that about all the Geek Squad members!

The agents connected units and got my receiver hooked to all.

The serviceman showed up on time, completed the job efficiently, explained everything as he went, and answered all our questions & concerns. Before departing, he ensured all three TV's were working properly. Definitely a five-star service!

Matt and his crew were awesome. Able to get it up and running in no time. Had issues after they left and ended up buying a new receiver which they got up and running. No issues since then and TV and receiver work fine.

The Geek Squad technician rerouted the main speaker cable and recommended getting a replac3ement cable. He also recommended a new sound bar. I am waiting to fully implement his suggestions to better evaluate need but will be replacing the wrong sound cable with a new, correct one and studying need for a new sound box..
