They reset my television, reprogrammed my remote, and calibrated my sound system. I messed it all up and they fixed it pronto! They also tutored me on how to fix it if I break it again lol!

Yes, it was a little expensive but I would not hesitate to have another technician from Best Buy come out to fix my technical problems. Thanks Best Buy.

If I had any doubts about the wisdom of subscribing to Geek Squad, they were immediate dispelled by Mr. Haney. I can only hope that other agents come close to his knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy. Thank you, Mr. Haney.

My streaming was returned! I’m thinking about calling them again for a different stereo issue. It’s very worth it to be part of this service.

Trouble shoot

Only negative was that the original appt was changed without our knowledge and getting through to someone at the store was nearly impossible. Once we reached someone she was rude and unapologetic. Fortunately the tech who came out was Great!!! He made up for all the negatives.

It did take them a minute to figure out the problem but then they explained it all well enough that next time I can fix it myself!

He was probably the best Geek Squad service tech I ever had work for me. I wish I could say that about all the Geek Squad members!

Before departing, he ensured all three TV's were working properly. Definitely a five-star service!

Had issues after they left and ended up buying a new receiver which they got up and running. No issues since then and TV and receiver work fine.

He also recommended a new sound bar. I am waiting to fully implement his suggestions to better evaluate need but will be replacing the wrong sound cable with a new, correct one and studying need for a new sound box..
