Geek Squad to the rescue.

We were able to contact our satellite provider to request a replacement of our receiver. Once the new device was installed, we’ve experienced no more issues. Thanks to Geek Squad for figuring it out.

He figured out the issue and took care of it. He was kind, courteous, and very helpful! This would be a 5-star review if I hadn't had such trouble with the actual scheduling. I told the rep that my yoga studio had classes the morning of the service and that the tech would not be able to access the equipment until 10:30 a.m. She said the tech would call and I could firm up the time with them. The morning of the service, I hadn't heard from anyone, and I was trying to get ahold of customer service to no avail. It all worked out in the end, but the tech did have to wait a while for my class to finish.

The Geek Squad took care of my tv connection issue

They found the connection issue within minutes of their arrival and had it fixed in 10 minutes. They were very polite, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I tried calling for service several times and got put on hold and no one ever answered. Finally had to come to the store to get help. But once the guys got to the house, they were great.

Whether its' taking something in (laptop) for service or consulting about something or making a house call to set up our cd/dvd player, The Geek Squad is simply magnificent.

Excellent Technicians

It wound up being what you would least expect - a bad wire - he replaced it and got the system working great.

Bose receiver pedestal

They determined the pedestal was defunct and had been for over a year. The Bose was only 4 years old and paid $500 for it. Unfortunately the squad could not fix the defunct pedestal (complaint to Bose quality) but the squad did a great job in troubleshooting.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the new TV, and there was more than expected to install it, however, the time went quickly. Geek Squad came out to better explain the remote, and two days later the sound went out. The Online Geek Squad was not able to fix it. We were unhappy to have to wait two weeks for an appointment, but when they came out the Geek Squad Tech, Rob, was able to find the cable problem and fix it rather quickly. We really like having the Geek Squad Support, but waiting two-weeks for an appointment is too long.

I will not be buying from Best Buy in the future
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy used to be the best place to get appliances and electronics but now it is absolutely awful and complete nightmare. I ordered all my kitchen appliances for my new build house. Everything was supposed to be delivered and installed yesterday. I get an email that they have no technician available to install my appliances. So I called and was assured they would deliver all the products and reschedule the installation. Only the refrigerator was delivered in the morning. I called again and spent an hour or more on the phone. I was told my microwave would be delivered and installed between noon-8PM so I wait around all day and no one shows up. I don’t even get a notification or phone call. I was able to get a hold of another person and told my dishwasher would be delivered next week and installed and my stove would not come until the 18th. Also we paid to have the installation. No one installed our refrigerator. The guys just dropped it off and left a huge gash in our door frame. So we only have a refrigerator and no other appliances for several weeks and have no idea when our over the stove microwave is coming. I am so disappointed with Best Buy!

Geek Squad gave great Sonos Tutorial

They helped us download the Sonos app and gave us a full tutorial of how everything works. Am very happy that we can finally have music streaming all throughout the house!

No sound from tv to speakers.

After checking the amplifier he worked on the tv. He came to the concusio that I needed a external connection to get the ytem to work. Problem resolved.

I will be purchasing an edition and I will sell the TV or just buy a new one because I love them. They cover every TV in the house also all appliances as long as you buy them through. Then when she's no problem through me? I recommend them because they are on time but honestly it's so cheap. And for such great service why wouldn't you? If you're going to spend all this money on this expensive appliance or electronic or whatever you're? Buying. Then? Please for the love of God, also for your sake. Purchase the protection.. God just for them to come out even if you think your TV is falling. Or anything I have. The? 75. Inch TV they have help me move 2 times for free that means packaging back in the Box. Make sure you keep your TV Box if you get a large tv because, They Don't pack it. That save me 2 Service calls for nothing. All free or else would have been $99 minimum.

He was very knowledgeable and not o my found multiple problems with my Marantz’s programming but the LG OLED TV too. He calibrated my HT and the picture and 7.1 surround sounds awesome now best $100 I’ve spent in a long time. Highly recommended!

They took care in removing the TV from the wall mount, and in removing the back of the TV to access the part they needed to replace. They also explained what they were doing as they worked.

Tweeks to my new TV

Took a look at my Compact Radio, CD player snd Tape player. Thought it was sorted buy still have some problems. Will try to bring it in for recheck. Very competent and pleasant.
